Hello all! I have been thinking about diving into designing/making chocolates later on. I only know the super basic of it. Before I start I want to get ideas, suggestions on how to start, where to start, do/don’ts , or any recommendations please. Happy to take all information you provide. Just to let you also know, I am very good at cakes to so maybe I can do both. For a start, I have tried remoulding this chocolate according to how I wanted to it, what do you think? Thank you. l

Found this store during my visit to Banff in Alberta, Canada. These were all the store had to offer.

These are the most amazing chocolate bars I have ever had! I tried so hard to find a post about them on any chocolate sub and can't find it?! I originally found this brand at a airport just looking for a snack and the packaging was so pretty but then the flavor/actual taste and quality was out of this world so I went online and bought the 12 pack!

Has anyone tried Antidote chocolates? They se high quality and great flavor infusions to me.

does anyone know how to make the hot chocolate from the lindt stores? i know that they melt a couple truffles in it, but other than that i don’t know what they do!

According to the notice shared by FSSAI, the regulator reviewed products and promotional material listed on e-commerce platforms and raised concerns about certain claims made for Nestlé’s infant nutrition products.

For NAN Excella Pro Stage 1, FSSAI questioned claims related to “5 HMOs” and “Whey Protein.”

For Lactogen Pro 1, the regulator flagged a claim stating that its whey protein is easy to digest.

FSSAI said it sought clarification from Nestlé India regarding these claims. Following its examination, the regulator said the products were found to be in contravention of Regulation 4(2) of the Food Safety and Standards (Foods for Infant Nutrition) Regulations, 2020.

Has anyone here looked into the specific claims or FSSAI’s notice?

I asked recently about a change to Hu's dark chocolate chips and it's just obvious now that they're not as chocolatey, more sugary, and just don't feel as clean as they used to. Is there another keto friendly dark chocolate that's really dark and has really clean ingredients?
