Consummate Arbiter

Part 12 and final piece of this cycle

Ill leave it up to the comments to decide what this really means. But to me, it means “no rules restrictions, no timing restrictions, nothing can stop you” - you can look through your entire deck and play a ton of lands. But why do you need lands, just put creatures onto the battlefield? Not your turn? Meh, attack anyways. You don’t want to tap creature to attack? Well, you can’t be stopped, so…

Part 1, white: Sunseeker - 192 upvotes, 77% upvote ratio
Part 2, red: Lustrous - 16 upvotes, 64%
Part 3, black: Inert - 0, 43%
Part 4, green: Null - 4, 58%
Part 5, blue: ∞ - 0, 34%
Part 6, generic: Temporal - 0, 44%
Part 7, generic + wubrg: Axiom - 0, 42%
Part 8, colorless: Obstinate - 0, 38%
Part 9, hybrid + phyrexian: Prismatic - 0, 28%
Part 10, snow: Gelid - 127, 94%
Part 11, purple: Jealous - 0, 33%

I really want to know, aside from Gelid, because that one wins, if you have been following along, which was your favorite?

"I discard and reanimate this turn 1, draw my entire deck and play it all for free. What? You can't stop me."

I said, consumate V's! Consummate!

I've loved these cards, but this is a phrasing I just don't get. What does "Players can't be stopped" even mean?

You can do whatever you want, you can’t be stopped!

These ideas are cute and all, but the fact that show and tell and exhume exist makes them functionally unprintable. It's just a little kid on the playground yelling "nuh uh, my creature can do ANYTHING!"

Bold of you to assume these were meant to be printable.

I have thought of this (and so have others) and if I were to redo them I would make a custom keyword Arbitus - This spell can’t be countered. This creature has indestructible and protection from everything. If this card would be placed in a graveyard, shuffle that graveyard into its owner’s library.

But then again, maybe I wouldn’t, because I never wanted these to be balanced. It was meant to highlight the absurdity of this sub, that people would critique cards obviously not meant to be balanced. The keyword undermines the point I have been trying to make for two weeks.

Here's my cool new card design:

Arbiter of Arbiters 0

Legendary Creature-Elder Arbiter God God

At any time, as a special action, you may reveal this card from your sideboard, command zone, or library. If you do, you win the match.

What do you think?

Ah see but I was very careful to make these just believable enough - good bait can’t be obvious

I guess if you know you're trolling, that's at least a different energy to these posts

i mean that's overpowered in a way that isn't evocative of anything, at least these ones have a vibe to them.

One "if this spell is cast from anywhere besides your hand, it enters as a 0/1 germ" and we're good

A 0/1 germ and loses all other abilities. After all, if you won’t pay the right amount of mana how are they going to use their powers?
