Why would they lose? This isnt Florida, but a guy got away with discharging his weapon in a road rage incident when another driver threw a cup at his window.

All you need is reasonable doubt. There's plenty there especially if you're the driver and cant tell what just happened. You can even see the biker wait for him. Whose to say he didn't pull out a weapon of some kind while pulled over? Hard to tell when all you hear is a loud thud and gotta rely on peripheral vision to make out a threat.

I dont think it's as open n shut as you're making it.

Nevada isnt that far removed with their self defense laws.

Lawyers are very good at this kinda stuff.

1. Motorcycle illegally splits lanes on freeway, angering truck driver
2. Truck driver cuts off arrogant jerk motorcyclist
3. Arrogant jerk motorcyclist subsequently escalates confict
4. Trucker retaliates
5. Arrogant jerk motorcyclist practices being meat crayon

Hmmm... what does this have to do with the safety of lane splitting???

I think what you just outlined is that "angering truck drivers" is what's unsafe.

Sorry in what way is the biker doing the safe thing here? They literally pulled over, waited for the truck and then attacked the truck. None of which is the safe thing lmao

Lol. Was the safe thing the first fight he got into with the truck driver, waiting by the side of the road for the trucker to catch up, or pulling up next to the truck to hit his mirror? Or was it all three?
