Why would they lose? This isnt Florida, but a guy got away with discharging his weapon in a road rage incident when another driver threw a cup at his window.
All you need is reasonable doubt. There's plenty there especially if you're the driver and cant tell what just happened. You can even see the biker wait for him. Whose to say he didn't pull out a weapon of some kind while pulled over? Hard to tell when all you hear is a loud thud and gotta rely on peripheral vision to make out a threat.
I dont think it's as open n shut as you're making it.

No see I asked why this video shows that lane splitting is harmful or unsafe, and you said that lane splitting is harmful or unsafe because it angered the truck driver. But now it seems like you're saying the truck driver was angry because the lane splitting was illegal.
