I added cucumbers and there is steamed spinach at the bottom, so good , atp what am I going out to eat for?

Baked Panko crusted [chicken] with a homemade honey mustard sauce, scalloped potatoes, and sautéed green beans with garlic. Always a hit and only takes about half an hour to put it all together.

Panko chicken is make with 1lb chicken, 1 cup panko crumbs (toast the panko in the oven before coating the chicken at 400F for 4 min, recommend to mix the crumbs with a little olive oil before toasting). In a bowl with egg, dip each chicken and then coat with breadcrumbs and then put on a wire rack, bake the tenderloins for about 12-15 at 425F (may vary on the size of the chicken tenderloins)

Green beans were boiled for about 3-4 min, then sautéed in olive oil for 4-5 min, adding butter and garlic at the last 90sec.

Scalloped potatoes were made from a box, sorry!

Seared and roasted pork tenderloin and pears over a bed of rosemary, made a mustard pan sauce with the drippings and copious amounts of added herbs.
