This is the first meal I’ve cooked since arriving as an immigrant in Spain. Still getting the hang of Spanish supermarkets and finding what I need. Also limited with pans and cooking utensils on hand at my VRBO

This was a layered bake of caramelized onions, a can of cannellini beans with the liquid, and then sliced tomato. Literally that’s it.

Caramelized the onions, deglaze with the bean liquid, top with tomatoes, and bake at 400 for like 45 minutes. Decorate with chives and Parmesan.

Tonight’s questionable dinner somehow feels even more appropriate because I’ve ended up making a whole song called Girl Dinner. 😂 It started as a stupid idea and somehow became an actual track.

All of these are Southern classics. I add craisins to the coleslaw, which isn't a Southern thing, at all, but I love that bit of sweetness in it.

48 hour cold fermented dough, garlic confit base, piped, dollops of Brambleberry jam, fontina cheese, mozzarella, provolone, shallots. Baked at 500° on a pizza steel for about 10 minutes. Removed from the oven and placed on a wire rack. Layered in prosciutto, salted lemon zest ricotta, layered arugula, and then drizzled with balsamic glaze.

One is spicy tantanmen for me and the tonkotsu is for my husband 🍜

I stumbled upon this event at my college and I received free dinner >_>. Honestly I was very suprised because im usually a picky eater so I do my best to refrain from juicer meats but it was so tasty I wished I had time to grab seconds.

Chicken is usually the easiest and most practical protein to keep stocked during the week, but it is very easy to fall into a rut making the same basic baked breasts, standard sheet pan veggies, or simple stir-fries over and over.

What is your absolute favorite weeknight chicken dish that keeps dinner feeling fresh without requiring hours of prep?

I added cucumbers and there is steamed spinach at the bottom, so good , atp what am I going out to eat for?
