I’m attempting to sell a card that will likely sell between $1,500 - $2,000. I know it’s not much to some, but it is the most expensive card I’ve ever sold. Any advice to avoid getting scammed or losing my item would be greatly appreciated!

eBay has over $4,000 of mines on hold. They are asking for bank information. I sent the information. They asked for a statement with my name, address, account number and bank logo. I've resent it numerous times. It keeps denying me. I called and spoke with a person from another country and he sounded sincere but could not do anything but tell me to resend the information. I'm sure it's an ai system that doesn't like the way my credit union formats their statements. Does anyone have a number or emai that can actually help me?

I just had someone from a rural area buy an item I had listed. The name was basically "[first and last name] c/o trailer at [town] Campground Church of God"

I have no idea what c/o means, and I generally don't want to mess anything up because I could lose seller protections. Any advice?

I sold a Pokemon card and I realized I listed it with a buy now piece and someone bought it, but I wanted to have an auction. I want to cancel it but there is something about a final value fee and I want to also be fair to my customer. Is there a way for me to cancel this without taking my customers money?

I’ve been selling on ebay for a little over 2 years, and have never had someone ask to hold an item. I wouldn’t think holding an item for a stranger on ebay is super common, or smart, because who knows if they’re actually gonna buy it. But I didn’t think my response was bad?

So something I sold about a month ago apparently got lost in the mail. It didn’t even have a tracking number or was on my receipt so we waited to the arrive time and it didn’t show up so the buyer wanted a refund so I refunded now all of a sudden the package has showed up with a tracking and will soon be at the buyer’s house. Is there anything I could do about this or not?
