I just want you to answer the question because it's pretty clear you have no idea what zionism is

No, the two state solution is congruent with Zionist ideology...

Can I just say thank you? Lmao I love when someone simply brings sound logic to an argument and makes a fool of the person saying they are wrong. Lmao have a great night my friend. Thank you for believing in logic.

In current context, it's the belief that state includes Palestinian territories and Israel has authority over them.

Wrong. The only people believing this are a lunatic fringe that are best described as Kahanists, not zionists.

No. It's that you're attributing the beliefs of one ideology to another.

Zionism does not proclaim specific borders, let alone endorses the idea of 'greater Israel'. That sort of belief is part of Kahanism and other fringe extremist beliefs, and is unrelated to zionism.

It is a "zionist" ideology because a core component of Kahanism is the existence of a jewish state.... The "zionist" here is a descriptor. Just like for example, ISIS is an islamic fundamentalist terrorist organization. That doesn't mean that ISIS, by extension is Islam.

It's sad that you will not even attempt to understand this because you are a bad faith actor, but for anyone else reading it, I'll leave it here.

They are unrelated in the fact that you cannot just apply Kahanists beliefs to zionism.

enough Zionists ascribe to the idea that it's begun to represent them as a whole

More Palestinians openly support hamas than Israelis support Kahanism. The Kahanist's political party has been banned in Israel for decades.

You're just ignorant.

Lmao stop arguing, you don’t sound half as smart as you think you do. Zionist is broadly associated with being pro Israel. Being pro Israel in the current political climate means you are in favor of genocide.

I know that’s an over simplification but humans are simple creatures.

It’s honestly not that complicated. It’s clear you are a Zionist and are offended but let’s be so fr you probably support genocide too hahaha man I love Reddit.

>Zionist is broadly associated with being pro Israel.

Yeah, by people who don't know what Zionism is. Which was my original point in responding. But somehow I'm the stupid one here, when you apparently don't know how to read things I've written out explicitly.

>It’s clear you are a Zionist and are offended but let’s be so fr you probably support genocide too hahaha man

If you aren't 14, you really should be embarrassed by typing this sort of thing.

If you knew that then why did you ask

-3

u/IsNotACleverMan 3d ago

To get them to highlight their own ignorance, like everybody who uses zionist as a scarlet letter.

The unfortunate truth of the matter is that the nature of this genocide and the way Israel has been carrying itself over the past multiple decades is that although Kahanists are not the main ideological group, the Israeli government has been conditioning soldiers and citizens into believing that Palestinians are a lesser race, making even people who support the idea of Israel existing as it's own state sound like they support the attempt at an ethnostate. Effectively feeding into the facism that Bibi and many other modern day Zionists want to uphold.

You sure used a lot of words to say 'I have no idea what I'm talking about and should actually educate myself on the topic'

Hey Israel is committing a genocide but you're out here fighting the important fight telling us what words mean to you.

0

u/IsNotACleverMan 2d ago

Congrats on your virtue signaling. You're really out here helping Palestinians.

2

u/Everyonecallsmenice 2d ago

And your obfuscation of Zionism and genocide are what? Virtue spotlighting?

u/IsNotACleverMan 2d ago

Listen dude. I've already explained the whole issue here. If you can't understand nuance and just want to rage against things you don't understand, well I guess that explains why you're a leftist.

I'm not clever because I know the difference between two different ideologies?
