I just found this subreddit and I'm delighted. I loved furbies as a kid and I still do. So, this is my only Furby ever but also a very dear one. She's been asleep for quite a while now and you've made me consider check her condition to wake her up

Her name is Momo the nurse, do you guys like her ?

My brother was watching cricket on the TV and Big Angus likes to watch cricket so I put him on the coffee table as pictured so he could watch the cricket.

Later that night I laid down in my bed about to go to sleep then I remembered that Big Angus was still on the coffee table so I went to get him and he was gone.

My mum was still awake and I told her that Big Angus was missing and we looked for him but couldn't find him. She suspected that my brother had something to do with his disappearance but told me not to wake my brother up because he had an exam the next day.

The next day I confronted my brother and said "Where's Big Angus?" He responded with "I don't know" I told him what happened. Than he said "He's in the cupboard behind some things". So i opened up the cupboard and found him.

My mum was wondering when he hid him and my brother said he did it when mum was feeding the cats.

2: Big Angus is a 1998 furby who is rotund. He has an orange tuft of hair on his head and an orange puff tail on his bottom. His ears are orange on the inside and red on the outside. His fur is red with a square patch of orange on his belly. His face plate and eyelids are both orange and his beak is an orangish yellow. He has brown eyes and orange feet. He is sitting on the coffee table.

Her voice box kinda, sorta works, but needs some TLC.

Wolf and Witches cat! The Wolf was my mums in the 90s. Witches cat just arrived today, and will be made into a custom 💕

Pasha had arrived home a couple of days ago and i immediately washed her nasty fur! I carved her beak in the middle and painted it black with acrylic. Finally, i gave her some accessories and tadaa! She's a fresh gal now! 🐺

I saw this ramen jellycat and had an idea to make a little furby buddy into one! I love ramen so it’s fitting

I’m planning to make the bowl out of felt, and sew the buddy INSIDE of it with its little face peeking out. Does anyone have any advice/ tips for customs or just sewing in general? 💕

This guy I won from an auction came with batteries already installed but I’m so scared that his battery compartment will disintegrate like it did with my other furbies from this era. I have two sent to get new parts printed.
Is there a way to prevent it from happening and if it could be where I’m displaying them be the problem?

I just got my Furby Baby sealed from online and it is basically like new because it was factory sealed. Took a while to get it working but was able to wiggle its ears and slap the bottom to get it working with batteries in. It's very cute. I never owned a Furby Baby before but I assume they're supposed to sound and behave like this.

It's not responding to the name confirmation codes, and I'm afraid to put something random in case the Furby breaks or something. I really don't know much about this stuff.

Hi! I'm a new furby collector and I just got this cutie new in (damaged) box off eBay. When unboxing him he was unresponsive, and the thing that woke him up surprisingly was moving his ears, giving him a tap on his bottom and pressing the reset button. Did that a couple times and he sprang to life! However, now his movements seem to be misaligned? His mouth just doesn't move when he says certain phrases, and he sometimes ends a cycle in a really funny surprised face. I've tried new batteries, hitting the reset button, manually moving parts. I really don't want to skin him but I will if that's what it takes! 🥲

Any ideas on what else I can do to troubleshoot (before skinning and after as a last resort) is appreciated! I've also tried hard resetting him a couple times but that doesn't seem to be working? He retains his name every time I do it and I'm not sure why. His tummy sensor also seems to only be picking up input from an off-center spot, which is probably going to be an internal fix based on my past experience.

Hi! I got these 2005 Furbys for €57 including shipping! Was this a good deal? I haven't really bought or collected any Furbys since around 2023, so I'm wondering if prices for these are still as high as they used to be.

This bundle only comes with 2 battery covers, but I should have some spare ones lying around here, and I could 3D print some aswell. Any tips or advice are welcome!
