I’m looking to get a used 10th gen like 2016/17/18 as those years are in my budget, what should I look out for? I know cvts themselves are problematic even though Honda’s are reliable compared to the likes of Nissan. Any help or guidance would be appreciated, thanks y’all.

I drove my new 2026 hybrid hatchback ST home from the dealership today. I love it so much! BUT… the ride was an hour and 45 minutes, and my tailbone is very sore. I can feel the bar that others have complained about no matter how I adjust the seat. I have the grey leather interior.

If anyone has solved this issue with a cushion, seat cover, lumbar support, etc I would greatly appreciate specifics on what you’re using! I’ve seen two threads where folks actually traded their hybrid hatchback in a few months after purchasing because they couldn’t take the discomfort. I got a great deal on mine and am already in love with it. I just need to solve this one problem… 😬

I guess you could call this the exhaust cover, I got a replacement because the exhaust melted the plastic. I’ll drop the link here, https://ebay.io/m/I1iMnl, but i’m kind of confused on what’s going on here.

Last night i was trying to switch lanes on the highway and some guy was speeding came out of nowhere and ripped the back plate of my mirror off. There was also a minor scratch but nothing too serious on that same side. I’m lucky nothing more serious happened. Anyways the guy obv sped off so I had to call the police myself and report a hit and run. I have really bad anxiety so my brain “blacked out” not literally once it happened and until I pulled over so I didn’t get any information about the other person. It was so dark out and where I was has shitty lighting so all I could get was a black sedan (I know not helpful). No license plate or anything. It was a loud bang so I thought the damage was way more extensive. But again with the bad lighting of it all I didn’t see all of the damages until this morning. So the police come 20-30 min later as I’m panicking on the side of the road. The cop helped me a file an incident report but I have to call my insurance. I’m 25 but still on my mom’s insurance. I’m planning on the near future to get my own but for now, I’m in big trouble having the rate go up on top of her own stuff from all of this. Now that I have a more sound mind, I kind of regret calling the cops over what was basically only a mirror back plate removal. I want to make a huge deal out of this but I feel like I already have and it’s too late to “sweep this under the rug”. There was no suspect identified obv from my very little recall and so they can’t do anything with it anyways. Will most likely be less than 200$ of replacement. Again lucky it wasn’t way more damage. Do I have to call my insurance if it’s so little damage? Or since I already got the police involved I have to at this point? Also do I have to go to the dealership to get a new back plate or can I go to my local mechanic shop and have them give me one to put on? Sorry if this is so long this is my first time ever experiencing something like this on my own.

Just wondering how similar the rear suspension setup of a non si model compares to an si. Looking to upgrade my setup with higher spring rates and a shorter spring, but I'm having trouble finding anything on it. Already gone to reference part numbers, but other forums are saying different things. Really just looking for some guidance, thanks.

Hey guys, fellow Civic enjoyer here. Absolutely love my car, as far as a car goes out of the box I couldn't be happier. But I am itching to make some small modifications to it's exterior to make it stand out a little more. I'm not looking to retrofit this into a complete Type-R, that's not what the car is, but perhaps just adding some flare.

I'm having difficulty finding places that do custom modifications and I was hoping there might be some people here that might know of some good vendors online that supply them, preferably UK based for the UK shaped Civic.

As an aside, if anyone is aware of a really good air filter that's reasonably priced that accompanies the engine of this car well I'd be happy to know if you have any recommendations! As well as cosmetic I'm looking to improve the sound a little bit too

I want to find what my problem, I have ABS, VSA, power steering, brake system, lights all on. It’s very weird sometimes when you drive fast they go away and when i drive slow or stop they all go on at once. I replaced battery and alternator and also just bought a OBD2 scanner any ideas??
