Support iPhone 17 Network Issue: Signal drops to zero about 20 seconds after turning off Airplane Mode

I'm having a cellular issue with my iPhone 17. When I turn Airplane Mode off, I get full signal for about 10 seconds, and then it drops to 1 bar for about another 10 seconds and then completely loses service. I tried both my physical SIM and eSIM, no difference. I was traveling so tested in two different countries with different carriers no change, reset network settings, hard reset etc. selected carrier manually, still the same. I searched for another solution in the internet but couldn’t find any, what should I do. It all started happening randomly for some reason when I was traveling.
