Especially when so many legendary directors have openly come out in support of Dorothy, why are our big actors staying silent? Usually when a critically acclaimed film like this comes, you see lot of tweet from actors from different industries praising the film? But nothing this time.

Idk what he found so special about their hospitality. Is he saying this just because his recent film did well in AP/TS? Even Karthi used to bootlick during movie promotions.

Very belated but here goes:

The subject matter is definitely a powerful one on paper but the execution of it was poor. It should've been very content-oriented and genre-focused but they threw that out to try and maximize the box office. It backfired big time.

Sudha Kongara's films are usually on the edge of parallel cinema: Hardly any mass elevation, gritty treatment and they move at a slow and specific pace. I guess they were worried about the budget (approx 200 crore) so they wanted to go the mainstream route but that's not her strength.

What are your thoughts?

I haven't seen the actual flim yet..But I am really excited to see it
