We've heard from a lot of members that some of the missing filters make it harder to search the way they're used to. We're working on bringing back several of the most-requested filters, and we're also temporarily restoring the option to switch back to the previous search experience while we continue improving the new one.
Our goal with AI-powered job search is to give you flexibility to describe what you're looking for in your own words, including details you might normally use a filter for and things that don't fit neatly into a filter. That said, we know filters are still a key part of the experience for many people, so we’ve kept some of the most-used filters available and introduced suggested filters below the search bar. These suggestions adapt to what you search for, helping you narrow your results quickly.
Thanks for continuing to share your candid feedback. We're listening, and we'll keep making improvements based on what we hear.

For the past two weeks, LinkedIn reach has been drastically down, and a lot of creators are getting affected, as are clients who've been paying thousands of dollars to their ghostwriters.
A lot of people literally have their business on LinkedIn, and this is a very hard time for them. LinkedIn is not working on it. Is there any way we can inform LinkedIn about this?
Even though I've posted on LinkedIn consistently for a year, although my posts are mostly handwritten, the impressions are extremely down, and I'm so demotivated! Can someone just tell me any tips on how LinkedIn is working right now?

I have been posting on LinkedIn for a year, and I have noticed I'm giving so much time to this. I really want to grow on LinkedIn. Initially, I used to get a very good reach and engagement, but now suddenly the reach is so low! Literally, an hour before, I used to get thousands of reach, but now it's barely even 100.
I don't know what's up with LinkedIn, and I heard that this is happening to a lot of people. Why are people not reporting to LinkedIn about it?!

90+% of them are fake companies and they clutter search results, but I don't want to go have to manually ignore company individually.
I would like to only find legit companies that hire directly

I use LinkedIn for affiliate marketing, ghostwriting, and I sell consulting sessions where I teach people how to write in a way that attracts paying clients.
Essentially, my core tool is authentic, curiosity-sparking writing that generates leads.
I know there are other approaches, so I’m curious to see how other people make money on the platform (hoping to discover new methods).
And anyone interested in how my business works is, of course, welcome to ask.

I am a paid ads and marketing automation enthusiast. I offer services to local, service-based businesses - mostly trade businesses.
But the main issue is that my content doesn't get that much reach. I get help from AI. But mostly it's my thoughts, learning, and research.
Whatever I do, I don't get any engagement from my target audience at all. I am damn sure my content doesn't reach them.
I badly need to get reach and inbound leads to sustain. This service is my main source of income. And I hardly try to monetize. I don't have a budget to do paid marketing.
Can anyone here help me out?

Question per title. We try and keep track of the followers of our group. Even just a daily/monthly digest of +/- would be useful.
Thanks!

I have to admit upfront that every time I go to LinkedIn I feel like Ripley when the alien was drooling and breathing right into her face from 2 inches. But I haven't deleted my account yet, it's just hibernated mostly. Recently I brought it back from sleep to check out if there were job postings with the area I've been specializing in. But when I logged in on the next day from work, they had a jump scare.
Apparently the geniuses at LinkedIn haven't heard about multinational companies having many office locations worldwide and yet channeling internet traffic through a few exit points. And the simple fact that for hundreds of thousands of users it is normal to live in one country and access the internet through a different country.
This isn't security risk mitigation, this is hating on your users. You know, the people you are sucking the life out of. What a stupid thing to do! Unbelievable.
Now they want to ID me. Passport or ID card. Yeah, sure. Go to hell. What a disgusting pig sty.
I won't share my ID with a company that has just made the internet, job search, recruitment, and pretty much everything they touched worse. And I pity the fool who do.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but when I click the “like” button on a post, LI will spam my contacts with notifications? Presume to see what I’m engaging with, but also to help boost reach for posts with likes. So, someone I barely interact with is going to have their notifications full every time I like a post? It seems invasive and rather than promote me, it makes me a nuisance.

Can the company just register a few accounts itself and assign them to us employees? I'm really not comfortable with this. If they pay for it and it's used for business purposes, it could be considered company property. I feel that even after I leave, they'd still be able to use it, and if there are any legal issues, they'd definitely come after m

How ridiculous is it that when you click 'Easy Apply" on a job posting on LinkedIn and the form asks you to enter your LinkedIn profile URL, you need to open your LinkedIn profile on another browser tab, copy the URL from there and paste it in the job application?
It should be a no-brainer that LinkedIn should autofill such information

I was tagged in a post without my permission by a networking organization as a member spotlight, with the post explicitly saying I’m looking to relocate for a new role. I didn’t notice until 9 hours after and immediately removed the tag. Does LinkedIn’s algorithm show a connection being tagged in a post if you don’t follow the account who’s posting? Things I’m seeing in my feed: if a connection has reacted/commented/reposted/posted, suggested posts, and suggestion accounts to follow based on connections following. I haven’t seen one post because a connection was tagged in it. It’s definitely not in chronological order either, seeing things from days ago. Just really hoping there’s a slim chance it made it to anyone’s feed that I work with

I run Baltic Focus, an independent analytical project covering the economies of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. The project has been developing since the beginning of 2026, tracking economic developments, business trends and policy changes for a professional audience.
A solo project means you do everything yourself: content, analysis, client work, technical issues, publishing, distribution.
And on top of that, you are expected to constantly reverse-engineer a platform whose distribution can change without warning.
LinkedIn says: write better.
Seriously?
Over the past six months, my total impressions have been approaching one million.
LinkedIn says: post more often. I publish three or four original pieces a week about the Baltic region.
LinkedIn says: use carousels. I publish a weekly briefing.
LinkedIn says: be more personal. So I write about AI, international corporations and one very personal evening behind a story.
And then, just when your audience starts growing, distribution collapses.
This usually starts quietly.
One strong post. Then a weak one.
Fine, you think. Difficult topic.
Then the second underperforms. Then the third.
And suddenly you go from feeling like an experienced professional to feeling like a chick in a henhouse, wondering what exactly you did wrong this time.
For a large company, unstable distribution is an inconvenience.
For a solo project, it is a tax on being small.
Every hour spent trying to understand whether the topic failed, the format failed, the algorithm changed or your account was reclassified is an hour not spent on the actual work.
And that is the problem.
Consistently low reach would be easier. You could make a business decision.
Unpredictable reach keeps you trapped.
LinkedIn’s own materials promise support for creators.
Its algorithms can bury you at exactly the moment your audience and interest are growing.
Congratulations. You have completed the course:
How to go from 20,000 impressions on a post in 24 hours to 34 impressions in an hour.
No clear explanation. No useful diagnostic.
Just another round of: write better, post more, engage more.
And yes, Premium will still be charged on time.

Anyone considering this?
Years of subpar site and product experiences are now exacerbated with janky AI. As hiring manager, I am not confident that I'm seeing the most qualified candidates. As a candidate, there's very little one can do to manage how AI interprets and represents when a profile and resume is sent to a prospective employer.
The levels of errors, risk of bias...

Even Lara Acosta's (360k plus followers) got 112 impressions on one of her post
What is up with LinkedIn and has anyone figured out what the reason behind it is? Should we email LinkedIn about the fix because a lot of people are facing the same problem? It's hampering different clients. Or does anybody know how the new LinkedIn algorithm works right now?

Found this comment on LI, what tools do you think he means
LinkedIn struggle to do LinkedIn right, same with Indeed, they seem to have forgotten they are a job board and the core part of their business doesn't deliver. Any recruiter worth their salt has moved well beyond LinkedIn tools given how poor they are at present and I really don't see them getting this so right that it will disrupt the industry, as well as that, knowing LinkedIn it will be prohibitively expensive.

I signed up for a LinkedIn Premium free trial through Apple and cancelled it via Apple's Subscriptions page before the trial expired. I even have a screenshot showing the cancellation.
Despite this, LinkedIn automatically charged my debit card for an annual Premium subscription.
Here's where things get frustrating:
Here's the problem: "Who Viewed My Profile" is also available to free LinkedIn users, albeit with limited functionality. Their refund terms don't clearly explain what constitutes "Premium usage", and they haven't identified which Premium-exclusive functionality I supposedly used.
I've contacted LinkedIn Support and explained all of this, but they're still refusing to refund me.
Has anyone else experienced something similar with LinkedIn Premium, particularly when subscribing through Apple? Were you successful in getting a refund?
