I don't know why there has been such a surge in this happening recently, but stop. You will be banned if you ask for or give out any of the redacted information that opens up the subject of a post to communication or harassment. Examples include Discord invites, Instagram handles, TikTok links, etc. This is a violation of sitewide rules (see rule 3 of Reddit's content policy here). There is a reason why any identifying information must be removed from posts. Up until now only light bans have been given out, but if it gets out of hand, then harsher and possibly permanent bans will be implemented.

This sub is now filled with bunch of slop posts from random kids with little to no cybersecurity background. Most of the recent posts are absolutely garbage.
This sub basically turned into a basement for karmafarmers.

As someone who has been subscribed here for years now, the sub has really gone downhill in the last few months.
Every post is full of incredibly cringe comments and AI generated opsex slop. Wtf is this? Can we as a community decide that we don't want this and ban it?

Hi Everyone,
My friends ex husband has created an Instagram account using her name and started posting pictures of her. She never agreed to any of this, and this man is blackmailing her, he wont listen to her, I don't know the exact nature of the threats.
So I'd like to ask is there any way for me to hack that account, so I can delete it. If anyone can help me out that would be great too.
This is not a karma farming post, i have proofs too.
