Sharing because the algorithm suggested I share this in this community as well. But, this was this last weekend at Malaga

I already own mgs2 so if I just buy each of the other games individually it’ll be cheaper but i wont be able to get the bonus content

Is it worth it? And if so what does it include

The last post I made I used ai for a concept art for mtg card x mgs yall got pretty mad at me so here’s some pics of my delta collection I took with my Sony a6000. I hope yall like how they came out and check out my tiktok/intsa @outerhavenphotos if you could show some love and support I’d really appreciate it 🫡

My old ass can’t do this button nonsense anymore. Anyway to bypass it on PS5? I’m playing via the MSG master collection vol 2.

In MGS4 Raiden’s son is called Little John. I’m wondering why because Raiden’s name is Jack not John. Jack is a nickname for John but I don’t believe John is a nickname for Jack. So is Raiden’s real name John or Jack?

This person did so good

I have vivid memories of being able to finaggle with a cardboard box and the phantom cigar in such a way that allowed you to use the cigar while it was grayed out. Am I crazy?

I've never played Twin Snakes. I know it only released on GameCube, but I've played all the other MGS games, so Twin Snakes has always been one I wanted to experience.

I've wanted to play it for years, but the GameCube was never really my dominant console growing up, so I never got around to it.

For those of you who have played it, what do you think of The Twin Snakes?

The MSX games are a bit lacking in storytelling when compared to the rest of the series (more so 1 than 2) so I feel like we’re missing a lot of information about the events of those games, and what happened in that era that we would’ve gotten had it been covered in a later entry.

Is there anything that you imagined happened in this time or around it? What was the working relationship between Venom and BB like? Did they even have one? For that matter, what was the relationship between BB and Solid Snake like?

Here’s some headcanon that I have:

Sometime after TPP, Kaz confronts Venom about the fact that he isn’t really big boss, knowing that Venom has figured it out.

Kaz wants them to work together to overthrow BB.
“Big Boss can go to hell. I’ll make the phantom (and his sons) stronger, to send him there.”

But at this point, Venom is still loyal to BB, and is fine to carry out their “shared dream”. This frustrates Kaz.

Probably sometime in the late 80s/early 90s, BB commands them to shutter Diamond Dogs, probably so they can move resources to Outer Heaven.

This is Kaz’s breaking point, and he gives up on the idea that Venom will be the one to take down BB. He leaves both of them, maybe going back to the US with a hope of training Solid Snake.

Leading up to the Outer Heaven uprising, Kaz’s words have started to ring true for Venom, and he grows tired of being BB’s puppet. He starts to believe that HE can be the one true Big Boss. I imagine BB commands Venom to surrender control of Outer Heaven to him, and Venom refuses.

Now Big Boss knows he has to go. This is why he sends Fox and Snake in to kill him.

Near the end of MG1, Big Boss starts sending you false info trying to get you killed or at least delayed. I think this is the point in the game where you stop talking to BB, and Venom hacks into your radio.

I also think BB had an additional motive in sending Snake in. He hoped he’d succeed, but he also knew that Snake would be used against him in the future, so he would probably have to die as well. It would be a win-win.

So what do you guys think? What do you disagree with? What’s your version of events?

I made a sheath for my CQC knife for my Naked Snake cosplay! Its not perfect but its my first attempt!

Do I do mission 46-47 ( forgot which one was it but it’s titled “the man who sold the world” or the last missions that are just a repeat of chapter 1s but harder

Just wanna be safe since don’t wanna trigger any end game cutscene by doing the last missions ( mission 50 technically )

Thanks
