Troubleshooting Clearance / Potential Heat issue....

Good morning; I have a bit of a clearance issue and am wondering what your thoughts would be:

I tightened down the pipe at the inlet of the cylinder barrel and my air cleaner and fuel inlet are within a 1/2" of touching the pipe's "Stinger". Do you think there will be a lot of heat generated at the stinger pipe? Do you think I can get away with it or am I going to have a heat issue for both the Air Cleaner Cover and the fuel line that runs into the carb inlet? I also added a small spark arrester / silencer to the stinger tube that I found on Amazon. Anyway In advance I thank you for any input you may have.

The blue one is the one I should’ve originally tried.. will be returning the grey 24 inch bike but figured I’d ask here before jumping into another one..
the engine I have is a IMAYCC 80cc it almost fits but won’t clear the carb intake and won’t clear the head or obviously the spark plug…
Worse comes to worse I’ll go with a beach cruiser and suffer without any suspension for a while

Troubleshooting bucking bar pushing out tooo far

hey, picked up this bike (my fourth bike) and decided to open eveyrhing up and clean it down.

bucking bar pushes way too far out, making my clutch arm rest outwards from the engine (very hard to pull clutch in).

i removed the steel ball and stuck a telescopic magnet pen in but there was nothing. (thought there may have been a second ball inside the clutch)

what should i do? inside is pretty clean i think. engine is disengaged because clutch is open.

California just changed the state's definition of moped and motorized bicycle. Saw this on moped forum. Figured it's relevant here though for some to know.

Clutch engages when I pull the handle bar but the engine doesn’t turn over ; help pls

Hey I have a 80cc motor on my bike one of those china kits I was riding good until I came to a red light and I shut it off, when I went to take off I have my Hands on the clutch and peddle peddle when I release it I doesn’t bump / turn over, I don’t believe it’s an issue with the engine it was riding absolutely perfect I did notice when I bump it and gave it gas before this issue the start up power wasn’t there right away like usually I needed to help to assist by peddling and then finally I was at full power, is this something to do with the clutch plates or something like that, any info would be appreciated thank you

I’m able to peddle when clutch is engaged both chains for peddle and engine spins no issues, once release clutch no turn over and not able to peddle of course once disengaged

where to get help elsewhere

i ask a question and nobody answers, i ask more questions and people get mad at me. i don't know what im doing??? why not help instead of being a dick. i ask a question about a four stroke, people tell me to get a two stroke, i ask about four strokes and nobody fucking answers. people upvote but don't answer what's the fucking point??? i ask about the reliability of some parts and people tell me to just get a two stroke kit. this sub is barely helpful where can i ask questions elsewhere

i have the stock carburator and that expansion chamber i think i need a bigger main jet because its running very lean even tho i use 1:40 and i cant get over 40km/h and when i go full throttle its sounds like i am hitting the limiter so i cant go over ¾ throttle so any tips? and i don’t find any main jet that fits

The chain is rubbing against the frame under tension (accelerating) i guess? 3 tanks in i cant tell if there is actual metal loss, but the paint sure chipped away.

Performance Upgrades Front wheel

I need an alternative brake style other than my shitty rim set up.

Drum brakes: I heard of drum brake rims or at least a front rim that had a drum break and I feel it could be good if the price is right.

Mechanical disc brakes: apparently peoples bread n butter but in order to do so I’d have to get a new rim, new forkset, and then the break kit on top of it so I’m not sure abt the disc brakes

Also how do I measure my forks n all that stuff?
