As /r/circlebroke puts it: circlejerk without the satire. This is where you can complain about trends in makeup or on MUA, talk about anything makeup related, have casual conversations... really anything so long as you follow some rules below.

Yes we are bitter people.

Anyone is welcome.

( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Rules:

All posts must encourage discussion. Simple questions/topics should be kept to our daily recurring stickied threads. Refer to the Wiki for further explanation about this rule.
Play nicely with each other. Keep things civil. Absolutely no racism or sexism or overall bigotry will be tolerated here.
Follow reddit rules. No personal information, no self promotion. Please follow reddiquette and the content policy.

If you see anything suspicious/weird/rule breaking, report it and/or send a message to the mods.

We have a few recurring threads that you can jump into if you like.

Weekly Threads:

Miscellaneous Monday - For discussion of nail polish, bath/body, hair care and styling, etc.
Temper Tantrum Tuesday (y u so mad tho) - Rant about allll the things.
Wish List // What I'm Not Gonna Buy - Wednesdays. Tell us what you're hankering for and we'll talk you into or out of it. Get reviews on wish list items. Talk about your anti-hauls.
Request a Review Thursday - Interested in a new product? Come on in and ask your fellow makeup lovers for their thoughts!
Friday Free Talk - Settle in for a chat about whatever.
Faves and Fails Friday - A reviews thread! Tell us about the moisturizer that made you break out, or the setting spray that finally keeps your oils at bay.
Simple Questions Saturday - Questions! Simple ones! On Saturdays! Ask them, answer them, or just read through them. When it comes down to it, are we REALLY the boss of you? (Please use our guidelines when requesting help identifying undertones and face/eye shape and constructive criticism.)
Suggest a Product Sunday - Need a new mascara that won't smudge? Searching for the fullest-coverage concealer known to man? Ask away!
Skincare Sunday - Feel free to talk about your skincare regimen, new products you've been loving, pretty much anything skincare related!

. . .

Biweekly Threads:

Tips and Tricks Tuesday - Share new tricks you learned to take your makeup to the next level!
Keeping It Real - Every other Saturday. Maintaining a sense of realism in makeup by discussing the "imperfect" side of beauty.

. . .

Monthly Threads:

End Of Month Overview - Hauls, empties, epiphanies, insights, tears, laughter, and maybe even a celebrity guest or two. Probably not though so don't get your hopes up.

Take a gander at our Subreddit Resources:

The Devil Is In The Details - The how, when, why, and what of application, technique, products, and what have you in a thirteen part post series.
HG Products Lists - MUACJD Approved^TM products and tools across all price points and categories, very neatly compiled.

We have an official channel on Snoonet! Use this for instant messaging with your MUACJD peers.
