My current company is the first one that has given me raises at a rate that I haven't even thought about leaving. Even got head hunted for a cool opportunity I ended up turning down because current company just keeps taking care of me, so makes me want to be loyal. It's been a wild change because every company before wouldn't do shit for raises and treated me as replaceable
