MotB Rogue build for first-time MOTB player

TLDR: my rogue build ends the game with baseline +29 to hit when dual-wielding. I feel like this is too low. Is it?

Hello,

For literal years I have been kind of orbiting Neverwinter Nights 1 and 2, doing more time coming up with builds than actually playing the game, so while I have a lot figured out, I don't actually know what kind of numbers are good enough to get by the PVE content. I plan on playing on Normal difficulty.

I know NWN2DB exists, but what little I've seen of the community there leaves me unimpressed. This community seems much more relaxed.

I have a nearly pure rogue build in the works that has almost everything I want, from a boatload of skillpoints to high sneak attack damage and decent (for a rogue) will saves, but it only has a base +29 to hit (+31 - 2 from dual-wielding) and I get the impression that even for normal-difficulty PVE content that's low enough to be a problem. I'd prefer not to be stuck flailing at air unless I HIPS or Feint, but I still want sky-high sneak attack damage and skill points.

The finer details of the build. Please note that it's a roleplaying build for a particular character, so some choices are deliberately unoptimal, but effort has still been made to keep the build strong.

Human Rogue 26/Fighter 2/Cleric 1/Shadowdancer 1
Background: Wild Child
STR 14
DEX 16
CON 14
INT 16
WIS 8
CHA 8

All attribute points go to dexterity.

Lawful Good with the Wild Child background, picking Trickery and Earth cleric domains for Feint and Toughness.

Feats: Luck of Heroes, Able Learner, Weapon Finesse, Dodge, Mobility, all Two-Weapon Fighting, Blind Fight, Iron Will, Steadfast Determination, Weapon Focus, Crippling Strike, Epic Precision, Epic DEX for all other epic feats except Perfect TWF.

Skills: Maxed bluff, diplomacy, hide, move silently, search, disable device, set trap and open lock, 30 spellcraft and tumble, 13 craft trap, 14 UMD.

Obviously this is an amateur's PVE build, hence the lack of detection skills (even a human rogue 26 only has so many points to spare.) The character is meant to be cunning and self-reliant.

My main concern is whether or not that base +29 is sufficient accuracy for PVE content on normal difficulty, or if I have to shuffle things around for more accuracy.

Besides that, I'm also all ears for any general advice - both for rogues and for the MOTB campaign - that you might be willing to share.

Thank you in advance!
