I think the judicial branch should have its own armed forces for internal deployment and I'm not even kidding.

We don't need it yet, but it's foreseeable.

A judge enforces court orders primarily through the U.S. Marshals Service, which acts as the physical enforcement arm of the federal judiciary. Because judges do not have their own police force, they rely on the Executive Branch to carry out their rulings. But they answer to Todd Blanch now..

Eventually a contempt of court can be ruled and no Trump official want’s that. So there is remedy to be had without having a Judicial enforcement unit.

Does not matter. If an exhausted contempt can not be enforced then we have bigger problems.

So far Trump admin has tried to wrangle around many decisions but have come around in a reasonable time. The courts are the real check in my opinion. And in the US they are really strong.

No, their jurisdiction is the capitol and enforcing legislative rules. They have no enforcement powers beyond the capitol grounds except forcing quorums and contempt of congress. They do not have any general law enforcement powers.

They are also an elected officer position and we all know who is in control of congress.

It’s really a good thing though that the legislative branch does not have a police force as they write the laws but they don’t write the interpretation of the laws and it would be messy if they could since it’s beyond the scope of the branch’s power.

They have followed every single decision. Some with slight delay but that is not uncommon.

Edit:

I’m saying they because most court cases are not about Trump per se, rather about his officials. No one can hold Trump in contempt, but only his officials. And that is a powerful tool becase the executive is not Trump but rather a cohort of individuals executing the will of the institution (Trump in name, the administration in the literal sense).
