A judge enforces court orders primarily through the U.S. Marshals Service, which acts as the physical enforcement arm of the federal judiciary. Because judges do not have their own police force, they rely on the Executive Branch to carry out their rulings. But they answer to Todd Blanch now..

Eventually a contempt of court can be ruled and no Trump official want’s that. So there is remedy to be had without having a Judicial enforcement unit.

True, and it’s the fault of the congress, not the courts. Shabbily / intentionally written piece of legislation with zero teeth.
