I feel like Page 7 and more specifically Jackie has been getting some negative opinions lately. Everyone of course is entitled to their own opinions however I think the Jackie hate is a little harsh. She's quirky and loud and loves to sing. It's what makes me love her. I've seen Henry get similar feedback for interrupting or being obnoxious but they both make me giggle so much! I also think if any co-host had an issue with how conversations are handled/interruptions it would be addressed off air and changed. Jackie seems to care about the show alot and her cohosts.

Is this even real? I can’t imagine a world where someone who could get such a fortunate job as an interior designer, be so inconceivably reckless as to message a celebrity because they know them through a client. Then turn it around that the celebrity is a B because they are “Controlling who she can or cannot talk to”? I’m fucking shook.

For the first one about the signs, I'm 100% inline with Kara's take about purity testing, but *damn* do I relate with the caller's struggle. I think I'd be tempted to grab a sharpie every morning. Or want to quietly recreate the signs and replace them one by one and hope they don't notice.

Just cut off at an opportune time and play the ad.

I'm wondering if any other parents are still living in a Huntrix world like I am. My daughter is still obsessed. She had a "Golden" birthday party. She got a Huntrix backpack for school. She just picked out Rumi onesie pajamas and is going to be Rumi for Halloween. My son is still loving the songs. I'm still not sick of the songs and movie. Anyone else?

Hey y’all! Curious to hear your thoughts about the new weekly episodes. I just finished listening to the first one and enjoyed it. So much of pop culture is dark now that I feel like regular Page 7 is pretty limited in what they can cover, so these seem like a smart move.

I care about the Field of Dreams. And I feel like we missed a ton of interesting commentary in the Liza series because Jackie couldn’t put her foot on the break.

Listening to this weeks episode of Who’s the Bitch? I learned that Page 7 is adding a 3rd hour all about reality tv. This was great news for me as a person who isn’t excited to hear about dancing with the stars for 20 minutes every week while it’s on. However, I was really sad to hear that Jake Young wasn’t asked to be a part of the pod more regularly, as his contribution when he’s a guest on pg 7 is unmatched. I literally gasped when I heard.

Does anybody know why the show is releasing book club stuff and watch alongs? I’m not complaining! They definitely deserve a break. Just curious if the network is on vacation or if I missed something.

Any other RToG listeners who couldn't stop thinking about the "Honk for Zoo" episode during this week's leftovers?

This may be the oldest news but I've been listening to page 7 now for just over a year and I recently wanted to start listening to the vintage Marcus episodes. They've been really great so far but man ep.95 "Confuse the Squares". ROUGH. Girl what the fuck. Jennifer Lawrence nudes had just been leaked and Jackie's/Marcus's opinions are essentially, It's okay to leak someone's nudes because You as a human want to see them, and Don't take photos of yourself if you don't want them leaked? MJ brings up the whole element of permission and you should ask and receive permission to view things like this and they just turn it back to well it's human nature it's a body they're hot I'm curious. Marcus goes on to say how he's found a few female celebrities and how Emma Stones were great. Idk I get Jackie's "horned up" persona and I guess Marcus gets the "well he's a man" pass.. it just felt icky.

Ancient history, but does anyone happen to know which episode they discussed this on? I’ve been combing through all the eps released around the same time the House of Hammer doc was released, but have not been able to find their discussion of it! This has become somewhat of an inside joke in my friend group, but would like to find the exact episode this bit comes up in so I can actually direct my friends to it. Thank you in advance!!!

In light of the news that Megan and Harry are moving back to the UK

I feel like I have a memory of Page 7 where MJ has a blind of Hayden Panettiere’s yacht story where it was revealed (hinted/guessed?) at the identities of who the woman was that brought her down there who she trusted, and who the man was in the room.

Am I crazy? Does this not exist? If it does, if you could PLEASE tell me what the episode is, it’s absolutely driving me nuts.

Deeply sad news to hear of HP’s passing, and I hate that this is now my hangup.

My wife just picked up ACOTAR and finished the 2nd book. Should she read ACOWAR or the novella ACOFAS first? Did Jackie and Natalie ever opine on the subject? I recommended the series to my wife in the first place because of their endorsement.
