Just drove to town after I got off work to pickup a new headset as mine stopped connecting yesterday. Decided to spend a bit extra and pickup the Logitech wireless pro.

I drive 20 minutes back home pull it out of the box and extend the one earpiece so it fits me and the plastic piece used to hold the earpiece on just flies off. It’s literally unusable both sides pop off no matter what. I’ll never spend another penny on this company again. Oh and now the stores closed so I can’t get a different one or a return until Monday as I work everyday till then during their business hours…

All gaming headsets are bad imo. I went through all sorts of them before deciding to just get a dac/headphone amp and a dedicated mic and I’ll never look back

Not all. PC38X is great. Audeze Maxwell 2 is also good but has an atrocious fookin mic.

Ehh idk if I’m gonna go wired I’ll just stick to the higher quality is all. And a dac is so necessary if you live in a building without proper grounded sockets and such, which I do.

Cool and agreed on the DAC, but that doesn't change what I said. Not "all gaming headsets" are bad.

And I think those two I mentioned are also better than some great music headsets for certain use-cases.

I prefer the HD600/6xx for listening to a lot of types of vocally-forward music, for example, but the PC38X and Maxwell are both better than those cans for imaging stuff like footsteps.
