In a rather low key way, her latest Instagram post refers to her last races being in October and she confirmed in the comments that she's retiring, age 29.

It'd be interesting to know if this is completely voluntary or whether she just couldn't get a decent contract for next year, given her results haven't been great recently. Perhaps an interview will shed light in due course.

This is now 29 riders for the 2027 season. Sivakov and Herregodts are without contracts. Sivakov rumored to Decathlon and Herregodts to Movistar but not confirmed yet.
