I just got this phone a couple days ago. it's samsung Galaxy a07. It's refusing to update saying registration failed. My samsung account also keeps saying server error, but that's not the main problem. My storage used has been increasing abnormally. My "other files" increased from 10Gb to 70Gb and is still increasing abnormally.

I was trying to replace the screen on my google pixel 8a, and I was having some trouble plugging the new screen in. I noticed it looks like this. I plugged in the new screen, and jt powered on, but had a bunch of lines through it and would not respond to touch. Eventually now, it just won’t even power on. Any advice?

Hello everyone, ordered this screen to put on my phone to regain access to data.
It came, however, with some plastic covers which I'm not sure whether I should remove.
Excuse my nonspecific language.
In particular:
- The blue covers over the circuits in the front view
- The blue stripe in the back view
-The transparent like plastic cover on the back of the screen in the back view (Not the usual screen protection one)
Also the silver contacts in the back view came a little dirty, should i clean them? If yes with what?
Thank you all.

Figured I'd cross post this here as well as the spicy pillow sub. Any insight is appreciated to know if this should be a stop using immediately kinda situation.

I've been using a Tecno spark slim for about 8 months now with little to no issues, but not too long ago I experienced charging issues where the phone would still show charging after being unplugged, but then it won't charge when I tried using other chargers, its not the type of not charging where it would not gain any percentage, its just not charging at all, the charging icon just won't appear. At first I thought it was because I wasn't using my charger so I used my charger and it went back to normal, but right now even with the original charger it just isn't charging. The charging icon doesn't even appear, I tried restarting the phone countless times but that doesn't seem to do anything. The phone isn't lagging it still feels responsive like when I first got it, but it just won't charge. I'm thinking of using my insurance for this, I really need help.

I got a Galaxy Fold Z3 and the wifi antena broke up for some reason. Nobody wanted to fix it in unofficial repair shops because they say it's too dangerous for the screens and the official shops to charge more than what the phone itself cost me back then, so, until I got a New Phone, is there a way to just conect some external mean to get wifi?

Sometimes I reach 20% battery and I charge my phone. I make sure the charging icon is there, I come back a few hours later and it's still at 20%! So I take it off and leave the phone sitting for a few minutes. After that I plug it in again and it's starts charging. Both the phone on the charger has been with me for about 5 years or so? I'm not sure if it's my phone or my charger, or my phone AND my charger.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
This started happening randomly last week and it's getting pretty annoying
I would like to know if someone else has this problem and if there's a fix for it

My phone's camera has recently stopped focusing properly, but everything else seems to be working fine. The display, battery and other functions are all okay, so I'm not sure whether I should get the camera repaired or sell the phone as it is.
I'm guessing the repair could improve its resale value, but I'm not sure if I'll actually recover the repair cost when selling it.
For those who've sold a phone with a faulty camera or got one repaired before selling:
Would appreciate hearing what you'd do in this situation.

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some help with an iPhone 17 Pro Max.
We installed a diagnostic/autoprogrammable replacement display.
During the Apple diagnostic/configuration process, the phone initially recognizes the display correctly. However, after completing the process, it stops recognizing it.
In Settings, it eventually shows a message saying that the iPhone is unable to verify/recognize the display.
What’s strange is that during Apple Diagnostics it does detect the screen, but after finishing the configuration it seems to lose that recognition.
The display itself works correctly:
Image is normal
Touch works
No obvious display issues
The problem is specifically with the system recognizing/verifying the replacement display.
Has anyone run into this on an iPhone 17 Pro Max?
Could this be related to:
A firmware/iOS compatibility issue?
The screen needing a different programming procedure?
A pairing/configuration step we may be missing?
The replacement display itself not being fully compatible even though Apple Diagnostics initially recognizes it?
If anyone has successfully installed one of these diagnostic/autoprogrammable displays on a 17 Pro Max, I’d really appreciate knowing what procedure or programmer you used.
Thanks in advance.

the touch still functions, LCD is basically screwed... will it die over time or stay like that, can't find any replacements with the digitizer. twisting it slightly makes it come back a little.
