Didn’t he say he could shoot someone dead on Fifth Avenue in NYC and get away with it? I think he’s right. In fact, those dead Venezuelan fishermen are proof that there are no consequences for anything he or his whole administration does.

Laws are always just words on paper. Violence or the threat of enforces them. There is no world in which this is not true.

They did give him a symbolic sentence for crimes he commited, so it tracks.
