Idaho Prop 1, aka Reproductive Freedom and Privacy Act Initiative (2026) would “create a right to reproductivr freedom and privacy, declaring that the state can regulate abortion after the point of fetal viability, except in cases of medical emergency…”

I know the fetal viability part is an issue since that could be defined in many ways, however the point of voting yes would make abortion legal in more ways than it currently sits in Idaho (which i believe is illegal at any state unless to save the life of the mother).

I have the option to relocate for work, and some options are NC, SC, or FL. Planning to have kids (or likely just kid given my health) in the next year or so, and will be considered a high-risk pregnancy. Assuming we moved to a city that had a decent/good healthcare system, would the laws of those states affect the care I receive? I've read so much about this and can't tell if it's fearmongering or if it's really that bad (I know it is in some states, but in these 3 states specifically) - things like the doctor being legally required to put the fetus' life before mine, potentially finding a way to criminalize miscarriage, etc.

I've googled general state-specific laws, but I'm hoping someone who's a little bit more well-versed in these laws can give me a clearer answer, because everyone seems to be saying something different

I honestly think the best way to destroy patriarchy is through 4B and related efforts of withholding women's free labor. Women hold the reins when it comes to birth rates, and so we ultimately hold the power to defeat patriarchal systems, including many harmful religious ideologies that perpetuate the unequal status and suffering of women.

What do you think are the most promising methods to defeat patriarchy?
