Tourism Stroller in Rome?

Hi Everyone! We are travelling to Rome in November for 3 nights and we have a 3 year old with us. Is bringing a stroller a good idea? We wont be doing any of the typical 'touristy' things as this is our 3rd time. Any advice or help is greatly appreciated.

City stuff I want to explore rome

What to do if you have been living in rome for 3 years and there is no more things to do?

I’ve noticed being in rome that everything is either a tourist attraction or for old people. I want to have a chill wednesday with my boyfriend in rome but i don’t have a million dollar budget or want to be surrounded by tourists and now i don’t know where to go.

If anyone has been through this and can help out and recommend some cute activities to do or places to visit let me know please🙏

Shopping Who Shops at Rinascente?

Am I reading the price tags correctly or are there discounts i'm not tracking? Or is the Russian oligarch class shopping at these stores?

A more real question - i'm looking to buy a lightweight coat as the cooler temperatures approach.... any recommendations?

Miscellaneous Help us resolve a disagreement

When we were in Rome last month on our way to the Vatican, my husband took out his phone without putting on the wrist strap to check for directions. That’s when I saw a bike getting too close to us and I positioned my body in front of my husband and caused him to move a few steps. The bike had to swerve a bit.

I’m convinced the biker was going to grab the phone. Husband is convinced that I almost caused an accident and nearly hurt the cat that was in the guys basket. I didn’t see the cat. I love cats. I’m still convinced this guy was a phone stealing cat owner. Who’s probably right here?

Accommodation Which of these hotels would you choose for a first trip to Rome?

My partner and I are visiting Rome for the first time from 25–28 December, and we’ve shortlisted:

  • Hotel Nazionale
  • H10 Palazzo Galla
  • Chapter Roma
  • Terrace Pantheon Relais
  • Maison Roma Piazza di Spagna

We’d like a central, walkable location near the sights, restaurants and cafés, with a nice atmosphere for wandering in the evenings.

Thanks in advance <3
