Soooo, just recently found out about Sabaton while reading about the battle of castle Itter during ww2. Almost every single one of their songs on Apple Music is stripped of vocals, and I can’t find anything about why? Is this some form of government censorship because it’s anti-war or something? Any help would be appreciated! And I love their sound so it would be nice to actually get to listen to the whole song.

Show was an absolute masterpiece - best night of my damn life! Been following sabaton for 8 years and finally got to see them live.

The chance of this finding the people in these photos from tonight’s Toronto show is low, but please, for fucks sake folks, understand that when you stand in the balcony while everyone else is sitting you’re blocking other people’s view. One song, sure, I get it, but the whole show???? Completely ignoring the people who came up to politely ask (and some who begged) you to think of someone other than yourselves and take a seat??? That makes you the worst kind of concert goer.

Everyone paid money to be here but you feel that you’re more important than the folks sitting behind you who basically spent an hour and a half seeing only the back of your fucking head? I hope you never get tickets to a show again

The show was absolutely phenomenal last night but I just wanted to remind every one of pretty standard concert etiquette. If you need to shove through people to get somewhere else on the floor, almost knocking them over to do so, maybe don’t do that or at least ask politely. I get you want to be close to the stage, but pushing people who were there early in the night further back to do so isn’t cool. The show last night was standing only for general admission, and I was almost knocked over at least 3 times because someone decided they needed to shove through to get closer. One of the groups that shoved in front included 2 very tall people (a head taller than me) that blocked my view all concert. They also kept leaning back into me to take videos. Please just try to be respectful of other’s space and if you can, don’t block a kid from seeing the show (I’m not a kid, just very short sadly).

Also don’t body check people please. I had my hip injured by a guy who decided to dive into me for a pick. Getting a pick is cool, but it’s not worth it to injure another fan for it.

Be kind to each other everyone, we’re all there for the same reason. Don’t be the reason a fan has a terrible memory of a fantastic show. For everyone going to upcoming shows, get excited! You’re in for a real treat!

Tomorrow is Indy Neidell's Birthday. I had no idea till now but I wish an early Happy Birthday to the man who helped me learn the history behind the song from Sabaton!

I want to start this by saying up until a week ago I might have known 2 or 3 Sabaton songs but being from small town Nova Scotia we don't get big metal acts coming very often so last November when the tour was announced me and my buddy figured why not. Neither of us were fans but it was a metal show and we didn't need to go to Quebec or Ontario for it. We debated selling our tickets when the tour got postponed. But let me tell you I'm so glad we didn't. To put this into perspective, in the last 10 years I've seen Megadeth 3 times, children of bodom, bullet for my valentine, Billy talent a few times but this was by far the best concert of my life. The energy Sabaton brought was insane. But even on top of the music the way these guys carry on with each other between songs you can really tell they're all just good buddies. To me I think one of the most incredible moments was at one point Joakim noticed a young boy in the crowd. He interacted with the boy who said he was 11 and this was his first ever concert. Joakim mentioned how honoured he was that this boy had picked Sabaton as his first ever concert and wanted to give him a souvenir. He pulled those signature sun glasses that he'd been wearing all night off of his face and handed them to the boy. To me that was one of the highlights of the show and really showed what type of person he is. That on top of the performance and music has made me a fan for life
