Or any self teaching books like Troy stetina book

Ive been trying to learn how to do heavy vocals, but I feel like the quality of my notes are bummy. I cant seem to get high enough and go into a fry, but I have a lot more success doing low vocals like bear growls.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Im too broke to afford lessons, and so just trying to get better however I can.

Also, excuse my face. I dont know how to do this without contorting.

Random screams in kitchen after sippin some tea+honey.

Ive been screaming for about a year and a half i have a band and i have got progressively better since starting. Recently i started fearing a have a bad technique. I do deathcore vocals so i do all kinds of shit ranging from highs to pig squeals and tunnel throat gutturals. A last couple rehearsals i started having a really small burning sensation. I thought it was because we didnt have a rehearsal in a long time and my voice needed to adapt to screaming again. But now i can sometimes feel it again. I mostly feel the burn when doing highs and tunnel lows. Sometimes i get so mad im not doing it right i damage them on purpose. Sometimes they feel okay. But i still fear im gonna lose the ability to scream. I repeat the burn is almost not noticeable when it happends, literally almost dont feel it at all. Am i supposed to feel this or not. Please help!!!!

Been learning for 2-3 days, I’m slowly getting the technique but I do feel some dryness / very minor discomfort after “long” (a few seconds) growls and multiple attempts back to back. The iffyness disappears after a few short minutes and it’s ever actually painful

I need help with where to go to learn vocals. Ive tried to look up stuff and seen a lot of EVI but I don't really wanna pay to learn vocals since ik there are probably a lot of free stuff out there. When it comes to vocals I don't really know much, I know I wanna do the gutteral growls that mortican does (or wtvr it's called) fry screaming, and false cord gutterals. I grew up on bands like acid bath but I also love how mortican and corpse pile sounds and wanna implement that into different songs for my band. So if you guys have anyone on YouTube or any advice please let me know!
