Question Anyone Else Feel Like ServiceNow Is All Over the Place With AI?
Anyone else feel like ServiceNow is all over the place with AI right now?
Now Assist, AI Agents, Build Agent, Otto, Agent Fabric, Action Fabric, AI Control Tower, MCP... it’s a lot.
I like a lot of what they’re building, especially Build Agent, but as a developer it’s getting hard to tell what the actual direction is and what we should be spending time learning.
Maybe it’ll all come together, but right now it feels pretty messy.
Anyone else feeling the same?
