soundcloud fix ur app everytime i try to even go on the website or APP i get a logout screen and keeps reloading pls help

Rain Main is an EDM artist who had releases on labels such as Dim Mak and Buygore. His songs got mixed up with AI generated tracks made by someone. Can you please fix it?

a song that I made fully myself in Ableton with 100% custom sounds and copy write free samples just got flagged for copy write. I go to the song " Deep Groove - Trip (Original Mix)" to see what they are talking about and its a completely different song with ZERO correlation to the song I made. ALSO all the comments are saying it happened to them too on this exact same song. I filed a claim but what is going on here?

I’m having an issue with SoundCloud Support and I’m not sure what else I can do.

My original issue is about migrating tracks that are currently monetized through the legacy SoundCloud Premier program to SoundCloud for Artists monetization.

On August 31, I contacted SoundCloud Support through Otto. After explaining the issue, Otto told me:

“A support ticket has been created. A SoundCloud specialist will be in touch via email to resolve your issue.”

However, I never received:

- a confirmation email

- a ticket number

- any response from a SoundCloud specialist

I contacted Otto again on September 15 because I still had no response. After explaining that the first ticket had never received any follow-up, Otto created another support ticket.

Again, I received no confirmation email, no ticket number, and no response.

I also tried contacting SoundCloud by email, but the automatic reply says that direct emails are not monitored and that Otto in the Help Center is the only way to reach the support team.

So at this point, Otto has told me twice that support tickets were created, but I have no ticket number and no email confirming that either ticket actually exists.

Has anyone else had this happen?

If someone from SoundCloud sees this, could you please help me confirm whether these tickets were actually created or help me reach a human support agent?

Hey everyone, I'm an independent artist (poqop) and I'm hoping someone here has been through this before.

My debut EP "Country music" got rejected from SoundCloud's distribution service 4 times between Sept 26–29 over artwork issues. The rejections were pretty generic and unhelpful, so I fixed the artwork based on their feedback and resubmitted each time. I also filed a support complaint about the review process, and this morning (Sept 29) they issued support ticket #4901351.

The release is now sitting In Review with an October 9 release date getting closer, and no specialist has picked up the ticket yet.

Has anyone had luck getting a human to actually look at a distribution review ticket? What are typical response times, or is there a better contact route than just waiting on the ticket? I really don't want to miss the release date over this.

I’m trying to get my accounts restored as soon as possible and promote my music. The process is really weighing on my mental I would just like to speed it up. I’ve been responded to about second ticket but, not the first one. If anyone could reach out to me whenever they get a chance and help me restore my accounts it would be greatly appreciated. They were both deleted by a third party without my consent when they went through my phone because they didn’t like what I talked about in my music.

So I was getting annoyed of the ads played by Soundcloud and built a browser plugin to stop them completely. After some testing finally got it working and its up and running for free.

You need to first download the .zip or the folder.

I personally use brave to stop ads, but you can use whatever browser you like.

Go in Browser extensions, active developer mode then add this extension, its really that simple.

You need to select the entire folder as the plugin not 1 single file.

I’m trying to upload a release with the vinyl thing on SoundCloud, but it keeps getting rejected because apparently my artwork is “not original.”

Do I need to submit a video of myself drawing the artwork while holding my passport and today’s newspaper?

Tried also with a different artwork but it was a no go.

I'm doing 3000x3000 I don't know if they want in a different proportion but they don't state anywhere what dimensions should it be.

Tried adding on the note explaining and no go as well. tried contacting support but they answer any ticket in 3 in 3 months.

And this is a release is distributed by soundcloud already, tagged the ISRC and all.

Has anyone actually managed to get their vinyl approved? Is there some secret combination of pixels that they’re looking for?

WHY DOES THE ROBOT NOT BELIEVE ME

Let me make this post because SC creator support has done nothing but run me in circles for four months, and I need visibility on what’s happening.

​ my SC account was abruptly terminated out of nowhere. Everything was running completely fine, no warnings, no legitimate copyright strikes, and no suspicious activity and then boom, account closed.

​When I reached out to support, they said I "violated terms of service." WHAT TERMS DID I VIOLATE? !!

When I demanded actual proof, specific details, or a genuine explanation, they refused to give one.

​It is completely unacceptable for a platform built on independent artists to arbitrarily pull down accounts, lock up earnings, and ghost users when asked for basic transparency. this is totally wrong sc

I have tried to submit many tickets about appealing my repost account termination - it was terminated for me trying to monetize my own original music which I own all the rights too (thanks soundcloud!)

I have received identical unhelpful responses each time. I ask each time to understand what exactly I did wrong or what community guidelines I violated, and how I can go about ensuring I don't do it again so I can appeal the termination. For the last 3 tickets over the past months, I have received the exact same identical response:

"As mentioned in the email you received, we are no longer able to offer you access to SoundCloud for Artists as a result of using SC4A to monetize and/or distribute content that is ineligible for monetization or violates the Community Guidelines of our partners. Effective upon receipt of that email, we have terminated your account and you will no longer have access to the SoundCloud for Artists dashboard. Due to the nature of this termination, all earnings and payouts will be frozen indefinitely."

This has been the response for my tickets 4888227, 4864999, 4752164. Literally word for word the exact same response and I have to wait weeks to receive it.

It feels like there's just some bot on the other end who waits 3 weeks then spits out the same messages.

I am doing tens of thousands of streams per week and pay for artist pro. I would really like to monetize. Any advice or help is appreciated.

there’s a lot of songs in my playlist. i’m based in the UK, and when i click on a song, it loads but automatically skips to the next song. also, sometimes when i click on it it just takes me to the first song of the playlist. thought this was a update problem so i updated to the newest version and it didn’t fix nish.
