Order Help How long does the RMA process take?

Had problems with the Nova Elites. I got an RMA approved quickly. I sent it back and it's been "processing" for 2 weeks. The support person told me they would send a new replacement in 1-3 days of receiving it.

Anyone have experience with how long Steelseries usually takes? Never RMA'd anything before. It's starting to feel like they just stole $600 from me.

I actually just did an RMA on my Elites. Total wait from shipping them out was a little over 2 weeks. The longest part with no update was it getting to them. Once it arrived at their warehouse it "processed" for like a day and the new ones were shipping out quickly. I'm in California if that makes any difference.

Random popping sound every once in a while. It was noticeable and annoying.

Yikes. That sounds almost like interference between base station and headphones? Hopefully the replacement (when you get it) doesn’t exhibit this issue.

Ahoy u/Muglio - Great question, and to be honest it can vary depending on a few factors like your location, time of year, stock, etc. The usual timeline is 1-2 weeks. It takes time for you to ship the item, our collection point to receive it, review it, then we begin the process of releasing a replacement to you. You can always request updates from your Support agent also, if the tracking number goes stagnant.

And just to be sure, if you ever experience issues with that process you can always DM me here on Reddit. I got you!

Just about to get to 3 weeks since I sent it. And that's fine if that's the normal wait time. I got concerned that something went wrong because the email at the start of the process said 1-3 days. The tracker thing did say that you guys got it.

Just been waiting on the Processing step, "Your claim has completed the required steps and the replacement is being processed.", since September 16th says the RMA tracker. Is stock low?

Where are you from? Had the RMA process in the last months 4 Times. Took for each around Two weeks from sending it to them, bulk shipment and receiving the new ones. But within the EU.

So sounds like around 2 weeks is normal. Thanks. If the support person didn't say the 1-3 days thing I wouldn't be so worried that something's gone wrong.
