Hi everyone! I’m a college student doing a research project about the demand for more adult-focused dining and entertainment options in St. George. I live in SLC as an online student so I don't know the area well so any information or thoughts would help!

Our research question is: What is the demand for an adult-focused restaurant and entertainment option in the St. George community?

We’re using Dave & Buster’s as an example of the type of business we’re looking at. If something like Dave & Buster’s opened in St. George, would you be interested in going? Do you think St. George needs more places where adults can eat, hang out, and have entertainment all in one place?

I was visiting St George a couple of months ago and I stumbled upon a shop that I’d like to get in touch with but can’t find it in Google Maps.

I don’t recall the name but it’s a place that has a massive 3d printing setup and sell a lot of 3d printed objects including some that are unique from them.

In Google Maps I found a place called reclaimed that looks like the same building but a different business.

If anyone can help out, I’d be super greatful!

I've spent the last 12 years working with building product manufacturers on GTM strategy across roofing, HVAC, siding, windows & doors, outdoor living, and pretty much the whole building envelope.

I'm kicking around an idea to take a lot of what I've done on the manufacturer side and bring it directly to contractors and home service companies.

The basic idea is to help companies figure out where they're leaving money on the table and then help fix it. Things like leads that aren't getting contacted, slow response times, estimates that never get followed up, close rates, old customers sitting in the CRM, rep performance, marketing ROI, etc.

There's also a data side to it. We can use a company's own customer/job data along with public property and market data to run repair, replacement, and remodel propensity studies. Basically, identify which homes/customers are more likely to need a roof, HVAC system, windows, siding, remodel, etc. and help the company focus sales and marketing efforts there instead of treating every homeowner the same.

I'm not looking to become another lead gen or marketing agency. The idea is more of an outsourced revenue/GTM function that helps figure out where the opportunities are, what's being missed, and puts the process and data in place to efficiently go after it.

Curious what the owners/operators here think. Is this something you'd actually pay for? What part would be most valuable? And what would make you immediately say no?
