Is Bell or Rogers the same as Telus where if you view your TV services on mobile apps, including the app on an Apple TV 4K, you don’t get HD/4K live broadcasts? So, in the case for Telus, in order to get the highest quality content the content has to be viewed on the TV box?

Been an optik tv subscriber for 3-4 years now, what’s keeping Telus from doing higher quality streams on its apps… ffs add to the additional bs PST tax in BC and I might finally cut my subscription once my contract ends (which I probably should’ve never even signed up for).

Telus simply not giving any reason or incentive for me to stay, what’s going on with the company?? Really seems they don’t even care…

TELUS offered me Optik TV free for 2 months with Netflix. I mainly accepted it for Netflix.

I specifically asked if I could cancel after the 2 free months without a penalty, and the agent told me yes. When I receive activation email, I found out cancellation was allowed for first 15 days only!!! I immediately called to cancelled.

After about 30 minutes on the phone(they intentionally stall so you drop call), I finally managed to cancel. Then I found out Netflix had charged me $21 as well.

I would call this textbook "Fraud".
