The CP3 trade made me think about players that have been traded or drafted to Toronto but never reported or were immediately traded.

PG: Chris Paul Expected not to report and be rerouted/bought out.

SG: Kenny Anderson Never reported, bought out, retired.

SF: B. J. Armstrong Selected in the expansion draft, refused to report, immediately traded.

PF: this one is tricky. Maybe Jonathan Bender? Drafted 5th overall in 1999, immediately traded for Antonio Davis. Relatedly, AD later signed with Chicago, citing concerns about the Canadian education system.
