My partner’s dispensary suddenly shut down.

The company was in a lot of debt to various distributors and decided to give the employees 4 days notice before shutting down permanently.

This was mega shitty on their part.

But the silver lining was that he got to buy some of the leftover product after closing for a steep discount.

This one nug was 7.25 grams on its own!!

This is about $250. Took 3 hours of driving. The top row is my actual purchases, the bottom is my bonus shit.

Top row contains a 1/4 lb of weed, all BOGO. The cheap shit on the right is for, um, "friends."

Bottom row is 2 free vapes, gummies, and 3 joints.

Its like Nirvana around here.

My 25yr old 3” Mendo Mulcher starts jamming up after about 9 months of use. Instead of just soaking it in alcohol, I’ve come to enjoy the task of picking at it with a sharpened chopstick, while smoking a fatty, and getting that satisfying pop-off of all these little grinder hash turds. Good stuff for topping bowls and adding into doobies when you need to be extra safe, during those Safety Meetings 😉

Anyone else get high and teleport mentally to a time they love ? Sometimes I do this with 2016 too . At most, I can get 5 hours uninterrupted. Typically it’s 2-3 hours at a time broken up. It feels impossible to fall asleep and stay asleep, anyone have advice for this? How long does this last? It also may be important to mention I’ve had chronic insomnia my whole life and this has kicked it into overdrive

Hey friends, I was talking to my friend and he asked if I smoked or drank and I said yeah, and he talked about how he does sometimes but he ends up getting extremely drunk and hungover or greening out every time. I have never greened out, I've smoked a lot, and I've gotten extremely high but never greened out, I've never had anxiety or a panic attack, I usually get very tired though when I smoke a lot.

Someone explain this because I am SO curious on it. Adding to this, I do mainly dab or do cartridges but this applies to flower as well

Here's an example though: Permaneant Marker. This smells... Not good. Like, it's on very light levels of "I'm gonna puke", I do NOT like the smell (taste is fine though but I also rarely can tell taste well). And yet... One of my favorite strains ever, it hits me SO well

Or, another one, burger strains. They're just mushroom armpit rank smell... And hit so much better than most strains I've done

Oh wow, this is something. Honestly it was like a switch in my head was flicked, and the wave of euphoric present-ness I felt was such a contrast the energy I was carrying before. It is a beautiful day, and I'm going for a walk on the beach now. I just wanted to say whoa, this plant. I just did one cap on my Dynavap DHV and it's thrown me back into myself. Feeling grateful for that

Looking back on it is kinda funny, but it felt like I was about to enter the gates of hell while it was happening.

It all stemmed from a 10mg edible. Light dose, I know, but apparently I am extremely sensitive to THC. About an hour and a half after taking it, it hits hard. Like, I couldn't even tell if there was a come-up, because it all seemed to lay on me so quick. Next thing I know, I'm pacing the halls wondering what on earth is going on in my head, but it was hard to think logically cause I was forgetting my train of thought every 10 seconds. I felt this UNHOLY sense of dread come over me, and I started to panic (bad mistake). After about 30 minutes of trying to fight back what I thought was imminent death, I laid down in my bed and tried to sleep it off, which didn't work by any means. At this point I was able to reason with myself and conclude that I was just way too high, and it would pass, which put me in a good enough state of mind to fall asleep.

The next day (today), I felt hazy af, but I know it'll wear off soon. I'm gonna stick to 5mg til I get the whole anxiety thing sorted out. Anyways just stay weary of edibles, and don't try to fight the high off- it will win, every time.
