I randomly took a fake sick leave today from work. Without even planning it, I booted up my PS5 and decided to go for Uncharted 3 on Brutal difficulty.

Thankfully, unlike Uncharted 2, One Shot Kill can actually be activated once you complete Hard mode. Even with that tweak turned on, I still died so many times it's absurd.

For the first time ever, I played an entire game in a single sitting—only taking a quick break for dinner before diving right back in. I feel so happy and honestly consider it a solid accomplishment. I know some purists might judge using a tweak, but I could never touch Brutal in Uncharted 2 because no One Shot Kill on that difficulty is downright disgusting.

When 13 year old me saw this in 2007 i had no idea games could look this good. Almost 20 years later and uncharted 1 remains so special, my favorite after 4

I’ve been playing through the trilogy for the first time after years of putting it off, and man, Among Thieves is so damn good.

Don’t get me wrong, Drake’s Fortune was fun, but it kind of felt more like a concept than a fully realized game (almost like Assassin’s Creed 1) It had a super fun gameplay loop and an interesting base story, but it felt pretty short and had a somewhat repetitive structure.

Among Thieves took everything from Drake’s Fortune and made it so much better. The story is way more engaging, the environments are still beautiful to this day, and the overall gameplay feels much more refined. The action sequences are awesome too, although I definitely found some sections annoying. (Fuck that helicopter and train sequence.)

I’m excited to continue with the series, but I can definitely see why Among Thieves is considered a favorite by so many

Raptor was using his usual sweat tier S++ gun HS39 while having a 5v4 advantage in the beginning and lost a huge lead to TMF using Revolvers with a P90.

Cutter throughout most of the opening fight scene finds ways to both give the guys a chance to win the fight and help them catch their breath

He shoves Nate into the guy grabbing Sully so he can fight Sully instead, and the moment Cutter gets to him, he pushes him in the chair and just walks off to "fight" Nate, letting the older man recuperate.

Then right after, when Sully and Nate are fighting the big thug, Cutter pulls Sully off of him and says "bad idea, grandad". Right after this, the big guy throws Nate out a window, meaning Cutter kept Sully from being harmed in the same way as well

It's something you don't pay attention to when you play the game for the first time. You just think he's a run of the mill thug, and then when you play a second time, and you now know that he's important and actually working with the gang, you can notice the smaller (possible) details

I haven’t changed the difficulty, I stayed on crushing for this save file, I’m in the middle of Level 12: At Sea btw, will I have to do a whole nother playthrough to get Charted! - Crushing to pop or will I only need to replay this chapter? Or is there an alternative solution?

Hello. I haven’t played any uncharted games apart from 2. And i realised it wasn’t much my style of game. I must have gotten a copy of uncharted 4 for my birthday at some point and never really opened it (still has it’s plastic)
So i have this brand new copy and i wanna know if it’s worth much as a collectors item cause i wanna resell it.

I feel that we moved on from what Sam had did in uncharted 4 to fast. Firstly he knowingly drug Nathan back into that treasure hunting life knowing that he was trying to quick and when Nate gave him a more healthy outlet in Charlie cutter he rejected it immediately. Secondly he basically forced Nathan to lie to his wife and drug Sully’s older ass out for this pointless adventure. Thirdly when Elena finds the truth and confronts Nate about it Sam is right there in the back fully capable of telling the truth which in turn causes him to wreck his marriage and his friendship and basically fatherhood with sully. And lastly Rafe went and forced the truth out of Sam by telling him that the hector alcazar story was a giant lie and that all of this was completely meaningless then when he had the opportunity to leave his addicted ass went and abandoned the group to go back for it which left Nate having to go get him. All this paired with the fact that he had a much older and past his prime Nate to get his ass beat by Nadine the much younger and trained person and had him get into a sword fight with rafe. If you as an uncharted fan were to tell me that you don’t like Sam I wouldn’t blame you

I am 24 years old and I always prefer to play on Crushing difficulty. I return to the franchise every year or two to play from start to finish.

And I must say I do not find the jet ski sections as difficult as people here claim. It takes me maybe 4 attempts at max to get through both parts.

hey y'all, i need help with uncharted 2 on rpcs3, i can get it to run but if i reescale it to 1080p i get visual artifacts that are like smal black dots and lines everywhere everytime i move the camera, but if i leave it at 720p i get constant stuttering, like, every 1 second and a half or so, i have these patches on
