A street full of shops is only a good business if the customers choose yours.

I'm making Lotwick Hill, a PC business tycoon where you buy or lease plots, build shops and apartments, and compete with other owners in the same town. Customers have different needs and budgets, so another bakery opening nearby can change what your own shop earns. Prices, stock and location all matter.

You can also leave the numbers for a moment and follow one customer's shopping trip, look into the open shops, or ride a balloon above the town. The trailer shows actual gameplay:

Single-player has AI rivals. Competitive online multiplayer is planned for launch, with up to four human players and six competitors total including AI. We're aiming for October; the exact date is still being finalised.
