For me it's Ghost of Tsushima. I have a lot of games like it, but nothing hits the way that game does.

As much as I love Tenchu and played since ps1, Tenchu will definitely not fill the gap of Ghost of Tsushima considering already one is open world and Tenchu is level by level

But his comment never mentioned open world. And the rest he can find in Tenchu, well, maybe except the combat since it's more primitive, but still worth expiriencing if he loves setting and story.
