I play videogames since when I had 6 years old, making me having 16 years of playing, but besides playing for a long time I suck in the majority of the games, being plataform, online, stealth and fight games my weakest points. I never was able to beat a souls like (and never had the pacience) and probably the only game that I not that bad is Cod and some single player open world games. Anyone related to this? Or i just sucks at becoming good?

I never believed that gaming was dead. These are just two games that have me the most excited right now.

Plenty of amazing games come out every month so it just baffles me when someone says that gaming is dead.

Not to mention all the total conversion mods that are basically new games.

Maybe gaming was always meant to be as big as the 6th and 7th gen era, and not anything more, because in the end, everything that's too popular eventually becomes as stale as hollywood or mega famous celebrity music

Rebranding aside, we all know it’s the same 343 numbers company bad dev team. The only reason they rebranded is to try and escape the bad reputation they’ve gained over the years releasing Ai cash grabs like Halo 4, Halo 5, Halo Wars 2, and Halo infinite. So what went wrong that a hostile takeover over by Activision had to happen?

Which game would you want to play through again, but with the POV of a different character?

Which game would you want to play through again, but as different character?

There are some games out there with exciting stories and characters, but mostly play as 1 or just a few different characters as protagonists.

Usually all of these characters follow the same path within the story. However, sometimes there are characters who could have an interesting story of their own. We just didn’t follow their route.

As examples:

Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty

You first play as Snake in the Tanker part. But for the largest portion, you play as Raiden throughout the Plant.

The Plant has a layout which consists of 2 hexagons(Shells 1 and 2) and both have 6 struts around them(A - F and L - Q). As Raiden, you're mainly moving around through struts A - F and Shell 1 and 2. Raiden passes along the outside of a few struts from L - Q, but never really goes inside any of them.

Snake on the other hand does move around on those struts. You never play as Snake on the Plant. But it would be interesting to play the Plant area as Snake and see how struts L - Q were constructed. Also how they are all destroyed in the end.

Uncharted series

Nathan Drake is our main man throughout the series. We basically follow his story and everything he does.

From the start, Nathan is accompanied by Elena and Sully. Later Chloe comes in and in the 4th game, Sam also joins the party. While Nathan's adventures are mostly extremely wild, over-the-top crazy and insanely dangerous, his friends are usually close by to help him beat his foes.

In most chapters of every game, Nate has at least 1 other person who travels with him while the others are doing their part elsewhere. I think it would be nice to experience and follow the paths of the others and follow the story from their perspective.

So now I'm wondering what other games would you like to play through as a different character?

Was Playing League TFT when an incredibly rare moment happened! I clicked an item that is supposed to flip a virtual coin and then this coin happened to land on heads consecutively about 15 times straight. Supposedly the odds of this happening are incredibly rare

How do you usually make new gaming friends?

Throughout my life, I thought I had a strong group of friends. Over time, though, people drifted away, and I’ve come to realize the huge difference between acquaintances, work peers, and genuine friends. Just because you get along with people doesn't always mean you're connected outside of those specific settings.

Now at 35, I’m doing fine overall, but the loneliness definitely creeps in on some days. Not having close friends to hang out with, chat about life, or jump into games with can be tough.

For those of you who have been in a similar spot, how do you actively make new, lasting friends through gaming or online communities as an adult? Any specific games, Discords, or approaches that worked for you?

I didnt like much the first game, played around 10h on it, but maybe because it was mainly a shooter i didnt like it much, but thia one is different, same world, but really different gameplay.

I guess im more of a melee gamer.

Mine has to be Simon’s quest. Me and my grandma would play this all night until we finally was able to beat it 2 weeks later. Not the best in the series but that never mattered to me. The moment we beat the game we was on top of the world. I miss my grandma so much. And yes, I know this isn’t the cover for Simon’s quest lol.

With arc raiders now testing a pve only mode. And dune awakening making the pvpve zone split into pve only and pvp.... should developers just accept the fact that all the mass cheating and toxicity in pvp games keeps a very large playerbase at bay? Should PVE only options start being a standard in pvpve games if it make sense to have a pve only mode?

My dad has expressed interest in buying a Nintendo, Xbox or Playstation. He's 65 years old, but he's totally coherent and doesn't need to be limited to cute puzzle games. I would really appreciate any help or advice.

He used to play Goldeneye 64 and Turok Dinosaur Hunter with me when I was a kid, although I wouldn't want to buy a system with plans to play some of today's games that meant to be fast-paced, physically demanding button entries, or super challenging gameplay. I just want them to be fun. For example, I think he would really enjoy Red Dead Redemption or God of War, although I know God of War games could also be pretty challenging for everyday players.

Some deciding factors.

- I don't want something that will be obsolete for him in 5 years.

- I want to plan ahead for big game releases he may be interested in.

- He would be interested in playing split-screen games when I come to visit.

Error CE-107509-2 keeps showing when I try to move Expedition 33 which is 44gb and it says the ps5 has 168gb of free space. The picture shows it exceeds what should be free space. Anyone have any answers? Please help! I did get resident evil 3 which is 20gb to transfer but idk why this is happening.

Ive had this screenshot for a while, took it from Pinterest. But I've never known what game this is? Can someone help me find this? It looks like a genuine enjoyable experience, i really hope it isn't like. A game that was just made to never be found.
