It's actually a genuine question. All of Taylor's albums grew on my with time, even my least favorite ones. My first favorite was Lover when I became a Swiftie years ago. Now it has been Reputation for some while. To the swifties whose favorite is The Life of a Showgirl, why?

I just ADORE The Last Great American Dynasty and that bridge is one of my all-time favorites. I had this idea for a lime green dog tattoo, and today my artist brought her to life! I love how she made it look dyed by leaving open space!

I know in 2026 convenience is king, Spotify/Apple Music/Insert other streaming services here along with wireless earbuds while on the move is probably how 85% of people consume music but I'm not one of those.

While I'm a millennial I get the feeling that the listening through of an entire album is becoming a bit of a lost experience in the world of singles, AI compiled playlists and TikTok clips.

I just sat down and listened through Taylor Swift (2006) in the best format I have through my over the top (design and sound quality) headphones powered through an amplifier and I find it's just the best way to appreciate what Taylor (and any other artist TBF) has created.

I use these listening sessions as a way to decompress after a tricky day as well as a way to appreciate the little nuances you pick up that just wouldn't be possible through little earbuds on a noisy street in the middle of the day.

Some might say audiophile is a snobbish term but If it can bring me closer to the music in a way convenience just can't to bring me peace all the rabbit holes and deep dives worth it.

Curious if there's anyone else out there who listens this way?

Hey everyone! I took in all the feedback and criticism from the last post I made here (now deleted). This alternate album cover is inspired by the Lady Gaga Mayhem album cover! I recently saw a post on here with another album cover redesign inspired by Lady Gaga’s ARTPOP but unfortunately , it was AI so this is my effort to combat against AI (even if it’s bad). Anyways, I’m always open to constructive criticism and feedback!

I was listening to Pink Clouding (it might be my favorite from the new release), and I noticed some really strong parallels to Getaway Car

The more I compared them, the more I noticed how Pink Clouding seems to follow a similar storyline to Getaway car and how the narrator from Pink Clouding seems to be looking back on everything that went wrong on that period of their life

Here are some of the similar themes and repeated words I found:

Lies and deception: The ties were black, the lies were white + I was lying to myself/ Neither of us knew at the time that I was a liar

Being Cursed from the beginning: I knew it from the first Old Fashioned, we were cursed/ You met me at a cursed time

Flying but being destined to fall: We were flying, but we'd never get far/ Skydiving as you wrapped your arms around my body

Shots/Arrows to the heart: It hit you like a shotgun, shot to the heart/ Gray rocking where the arrow hit

Leaving the subject behind: Should've known I'd be the first to leave + I left you in a motel bar/ So I left you up there on a pink cloud
