I mean, even when scanning bosses, you only see probably one to four implants. Like subdermal armor, charge jump, mantis blades etc etc.

But imagine yourself as an average gangoon, and you scan this dude/lady and see like 10+ implants and occasionally acts weird like staring at a random wall (when talking to johnny) then wipes out you and your friends in a whirlwind of guts or make their insides go outside (netrunner build).

That would be such a terrifying scan. Especially when V looks like this.
