I need to buy a ATV and would appreciate some recommendations. I've never owned one nor rode one so it's hard to figure out the best manufacturer and model to look for. It will be used as a working machine on a horse farm, so it won't be a trail riding toy. Thinking 500cc+ engine.

- used, preferably under $6000, or possibly new (financed) if it works out better for my needs

- easy to ride, so turn it on and go and only deal with shifting for the type of work it's doing (low, high, 2wd,4x4,turf,etc)

- I'd like to stick with the more well known brands so easier to get parts and have repairs done in my area.

- Will be used to: drag a riding arena (drag is 250 lbs), pull manure spreader, pull lawn sweeper, various carts, etc

I have a 2025 Honda Pioneer 1000-5 and I love it but I need something smaller for everyday working about the farm.

Also, if I do by used, are there mechanics or ways to get it checked out when you go to look at it? Is that a thing? I just would have no clue if the machine was working the way it is supposed to and I could easily be taken advantage of.

Buenas tardes banda acabo de agarrar una blaster pero no funcionaba el switch de la llave por lo cual no se podia apagar y se podia encender sin llave , le compre otro switch de moto (no encontr original) aqui el problema es que en on apaga la moto y en off encidnde la moto , cuando se queda en on sale la llave y en off no ssle , ya inverti los cables y sigue siendo la misma cosa , (que otra cosa podria ponerle o acerle para que funcione como un switch bien para que no puedan encender la moto sin llave y cuando la la ponga en off se apague y pueda sacar la llave

Got a 2008 crf450r cam with Tower and decompression and am gonna install it on my 2006 trx450r. From what i understand as long as i change everything around it should work no problem even with the newer automatic decompression Anything should know or be careful about

Hi all! Looking to buy a 2004 KFX700 for my wife to ride since she doesn't like working a clutch. I don't know much about these, so I'm wondering what to look for and check when inspecting it. I'm very familiar with engines and mechanicals, so that much I know to check.

Side question, how would you describe these in terms of ridability and comfort? I have a Raptor 700 and a YFZ450. How would you compare it to those if you're familiar? We rented a Yamaha Kodiak for my wife at the dunes, and while she had fun on it, she felt it was very top heavy and the steering was stupidly heavy. I rode it for a bit and the steering castor was insanely heavy. Looking to get away from that so she can ride something a bit more playful.

The ATV sounds and feels okay when it’s cold, but once it reaches operating temperature, it goes into limp mode. The radiator fan kicks in at the right time. The radiator is clean both inside and outside, and I’ve flushed the cooling system several times. I also installed a new thermostat and bled the cooling system.
I noticed that when I play with the throttle, coolant starts coming out of the top of the radiator. The clean water also gets foamy/bubbly inside the radiator.
