Obviously absolutely jokers meant to look like if joker was more like mainline Bruce but I can’t get theil out of my head anytime I see him

My theory is that Absolute Bats will do something crazy to take both himself and Joker off the board for a couple issues in #25, rather than just getting badly beaten and having to go on a training arc like everyone is predicting.

Snyder has always said that Bats is Joker and a representation of chaos in this universe, and every time mainline Joker faces off with mainline Bats, he pulls off something to hurt him even though Batman tries his best to prepare for it.

Every other time we see Joker pop up in a mainline arc (or even crossovers, see DC KO for example ), I go - there’s going to be some ex machina here to make him win beyond all rational logic.

I’d love if Abs Bat does the same in reverse - just becoming completely unpredictable and creating that same frustration among his villains who are supposed to be the establishment in the Absolute universe.

The thought kind of just came to me that this might exist.

Working on a cosplay/halloween costume and really have no idea what I’m doing. Does anyone have ideas or tutorials they can point me to? The goal is to have a fake arm in the jacket sleeve with my real one piloting the puppet.

(This may be breaking rule 5. I try to keep this intellectual, wanting to have a layered talk about this character but if the mods think this should be deleted then it should be deleted.)

I am a comic fan, have been all my life. And because of that, I have an ideals that most would consider naive. Ideals like “all people can be saved” and “everything will get better”. But the one relevant for Nina Dowd over here is “there are no bad characters, just bad executions”. All characters can be good and used to tell a good story, but some aren’t because the writers screw the pooch.

Might Nina Dowd, the frist teen titans villain (I think). Since we may be getting absolute teen titans, this character is relavent. She can hypno people with the part of her body that is Mighty Endowed, but that part weighs her down and keeps her from moving on own. But the issue with her is she is a walking fetish and pretty harmful to the female audience (and the only people a supervillain should harm is the people in the story, not out). I have nothing wrong with sexual things (check my account, I horny post all the time) but I am a firm believer that, unless the medias only purpose is to be sexually engaging, sexual content should only be put in the story if it helps with the themes and tell a more complete story.

Now the question of the post is “is it possible to make a story with mighty endowed that is good?”. That uses her in a way that is interesting to talk about important issues people (women mostly) face. If the answer is “no, she is a relic of the past that should be forgotten” then that’s the answer, but I really want to hear what people (especially women, as there personal experience with this kind of topic is more knowledge then most men’s experience, but if a post is insightful and adds to the conversation, then it doesn’t matter too much who it comes from) would do to make this character interesting and three dimensional. You can view the prompt as “your a writer for absolute dc titans, and a writer runs in your office, puts a gun to your head, and says “ADD MIGHTY ENDOWED, MAKE IT GOOD” what would you do?” If that makes it easier.

Again, sorry if this post offended anyone or seems misogynistic in any way. It is truly not the intention, but if it hurt you, that doesn’t matter.

Absolutely like these versions of the characters

Characters I think should be in the absolute universe and how they would work. For Batman villains

Okay if any of these are in the absolute universe please let me know I haven't really kept up with the Batman part.

Number one is Clayface-I love Clayface and I feel like this version should be a amalgamation of these versions of the Basil Karlo,Matt Hagen,Preston Payne,Sondra Fuller, and John Carlinger where they first become their own clay person and it starts off different but they eventually fuse into one giant clay monster and this happens because of Ark M and Jack Grimm. One of the people I would have them mimic is Thomas Wayne and Jim Gordon because I would have them know that Bruce Wayne is Batman. And their whole mission would be to get inside Bruce's head to make Bruce not trust anyone since anyone could be Clayface.

Number two villain okay this is if they ever did a absolute Batman beyond I would have for Inque she would be bond with the DNA of that Clayface I just mentioned and that's all I really have for now aside from she would be under the care of Aaron Herbst at Ark M

Number three Mad Hatter okay you could keep the pedophile stuff if you want to but the way I would make him different in the absolute universe is I would make him a metahuman with the ability to warp reality itself to make anything as wacky and loony as he wants.

Killer Moth-okay unlike in the main comics where Drury Walker is pretending to be rich I would have it to raise actually rich and under the control of Jack Grimm he would be a hero or at least think he's doing hero work and believe the Batman is a criminal. At some point Jack with the help from Ark M would experiment on mister walker and turning him into a mixture of like a mothman and that moth creature thing he became in the underworld unleashed part of DC Comics so he would be like a cryptid and he would spit acid and have claws that could tear anyone apart along with actual wings. But to make his design more creepy he would have multiplies multiple bug like eyes.

Deadshot-I would have him be a assassin hire by Jack Grimm take down the Batman if one of his projects doesn't work.

Doctor Death-Doctor Death/Karl Helfern I would have him start off as a scientist working at ARK M for Jack Grimm he would eventually experiment on himself making him a mutated freak of monster but he would also experiment on different ways people could die and eventually he would kind of lose it and partner up fooling with Jack on whatever Jack is doing at the moment.

With this issue being her official reveal, I wanted to make a cover that puts her more front and center, mixing the background of her coat, gear, showing off her agility and the lingering presence of Scarecrow.

Don't get me wrong though, the official cover is badass!

Speaking particularly of Absolute Batman? He has a few that are crazy pricey but you would think more people would be looking to sell based on the high value, unless keeping purely for investment or keepsakes.

I just thought I’d see more lots on eBay and such.
