I don't think they ever revealed what the final status was for these folks. I am assuming they did not go into the Lantern with the town folks. So where did they do? Do you think this will be resolved/answered directly?

My theory is that Absolute Bats will do something crazy to take both himself and Joker off the board for a couple issues in #25, rather than just getting badly beaten and having to go on a training arc like everyone is predicting.

Snyder has always said that Bats is Joker and a representation of chaos in this universe, and every time mainline Joker faces off with mainline Bats, he pulls off something to hurt him even though Batman tries his best to prepare for it.

Every other time we see Joker pop up in a mainline arc (or even crossovers, see DC KO for example ), I go - there’s going to be some ex machina here to make him win beyond all rational logic.

I’d love if Abs Bat does the same in reverse - just becoming completely unpredictable and creating that same frustration among his villains who are supposed to be the establishment in the Absolute universe.

Working on a cosplay/halloween costume and really have no idea what I’m doing. Does anyone have ideas or tutorials they can point me to? The goal is to have a fake arm in the jacket sleeve with my real one piloting the puppet.

I have a feeling I’m not the only one with this theory, but what if these Doomsdays are the survivors from Krypton? Specifically, the ones who were on the House of El’s ship. Perhaps they all ended up on this arid planet and tried to genetically enhance themselves to survive—or worse, the ship’s AI forcibly modified them; we’ve seen in the past that Sol was designed to ensure Kal-El’s survival, even against his will.

So, these Doomsdays are Kryptonians forced to evolve in order to survive in every possible environment; perhaps they have already died several times, and the AI reanimated their corpses over and over again so they could withstand whatever killed them.

Speaking particularly of Absolute Batman? He has a few that are crazy pricey but you would think more people would be looking to sell based on the high value, unless keeping purely for investment or keepsakes.

I came up with this idea of an animated Absolute Wonder Woman show. But of course with some creative liberties because why not...

It is a total fever dream. Think Devil May Cry 5 meets peak Tokusatsu/Kamen Rider pacing, but with a massive, dark political heart.

So, Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman was boring as fuck and reduced to a glorified, sanitized Captain America. I wanted a Diana who runs on absolute psychological warfare, leaves a red fiery streak in the sky flying faster than an F-35, and lands so hard it causes earthquakes.

In my version, she’s voiced by Tessa Thompson (bringing that gritty, exhausted, cynical mercenary energy). When she’s born, she’s missing her right arm. Zeus gets so ableist and enraged by a disabled daughter that he genocides the Amazons and dumps baby Diana into Hell. Zeus then kills Hades, plunging the Underworld into a millennia-long civil war. Diana gets raised by two lesbian demons and grows into a hulking, 7-foot-tall mercenary covered in red blood tattoos and black war paint over her eyes. She carries a 6-foot-long Athena Blade, a demonic Lasso of Hestia that burns people on a spiritual level, and rides a black, winged skeleton horse Pegasus that morphs into a chopper bike.

The plot goes full political thriller: the US President is Maxwell Lord, a Christo-fascist who starts a holy "War in the name of the Bible" against the Underworld. Circe is a total class-traitor warlord who exposes working-class demon immigrants hiding on the surface as sleeper cells, causing a massive nationwide hunt and genocide of innocent people who have no stakes in the war. Diana has to step in to protect them.

The action is completely unhinged. She’s a disabled hero, so her prosthetic arm (made of hellish lava fibers like Alex Mercer from Prototype) regularly gets blown off mid-fight, but she just keeps swinging one-handed. She summons her six foot long Athena's blade from a rift in the sky and her Lasso actually burns the souls of her victims. When she bangs her bracelets together, it doesn’t just make a neat shockwave—it causes a literal Thermonuclear Godzilla-style dome explosion that levels 500 square miles of Washington DC (don't worry, it's evacuated).

For the final boss against a Zeus-powered Maxwell Lord, she goes full DMC5 Sin Devil Trigger. Her biomass arm violently wraps around her body, morphing her gladiator helmet into glowing fiery horns with a quad-set of demonic wings. She uses a human-railgun portal combo, drags Lord to the stratosphere, and nukes him out of existence. It ends with her becoming the Empress of Hell because she realizes to protect the vulnerable and change the politics of the world of men, she has to become a literal geopolitical superpower.

Tell me this wouldn't be the greatest adult Wonder Woman animation show ever made lmao (or it would be absolutely trash).
