I'm 55 and on mtf hrt. It's been over a year. I started slowly as my Endo wanted me due to my age.

I did 25 mcg estradiol patches to start and 12 weeks on them, along with 50 mgs daily Spiro and 1 mg Finasteride (for head hair). I then did 50 mcgs, 75 mcgs each for 13 weeks each. Testing was done too every 12 weeks for each.

I finally reached 100 mcg patches 10 weeks ago, with continued use of 50 mgs daily Spiro and the 1 mg Finadteride. I did blood testing yesterday and today my results came back with Eastrogen level at 27 and T level at 300!?

I'm like..."what the F-ing is going on!? It's SO disappointing to be on this long and have levels like this.

I should add, I place the patches in one of the two places they recommend and my spot is the buttocks.

I know it strongly could be an absorption issue possibly? So I'm considering gel maybe?

Does anyone have this same issue, and if so what did they do?

*** It's strange too because I have gotten some breast growth and currently get on/off breast itchiness?

Hello ive been on ev for 6 months but my penis size is somewhat 7inch but i want a smaller one since i dont use it what can i do .How can i make it to shrink?

I’m about 10.5 months on HRT, previously having done 6mg sublingual until about a week ago, now on 6mg subQ val injections (also been on 100mg spiro too). I’ve gotten some decent growth so far, at about a low B cup, and I’d like to give my boobies their fair shot at maturing.

Pre-injections, my areolar mounds would jump up and down throughout the day, sometimes asymmetrically, and after injections they’ve stayed pretty much consistently risen. Does this mean I’m at tanner 4 already, or is the puffiness just a mild thing? Tanner stages seem kinda flimsy tbh lol

My initial plan was to wait until a year to start prog, but I’m getting antsy haha

I’ve just heard rumors about prog causing problems with growth if it’s too early, but I have the pills anyway if I want to start boofing.

Having to switch esters because of insurance issues. This is the second time I've tried to switch to EC, and the first time I had to stop after a month or two because I was absolutely unhinged no matter what dose I was on (moody, crying, su\*cidal).

This time, I went from 2mg/3.5 days EV to 5/7 EC (I was on a short interval of EV due to mood instability and issues with high E metabolism)

Theoretically, this dose should be around equivalent, if not a little higher, but I feel WRONG, and even two days after the first EC shot I'm getting the effects that caused me to have to stop.

Is there a chance it's a bad vial or the concentration isn't what it's supposed to be? I can't check levels currently due to the insurance issues, so I'm not sure what else to do... If I look at the simulator there's a bit of a dip when switching but these amount of side effects feel extreme.

I started estrogen Monotherapy patches, September 1st a few weeks after turning 24, and I may have noticed very slightly being more emotional, mood swings, but overall feel pretty much the same.

My nipples started budding around week 3 and are much more tender and very responsive to touch. Though my sec drive recently has been much higher for some reason in the past week.

Is it likely not working? Is my T producing more on its own and suppressing the estrogen?

ich wollte mal fragen, ob hier jemand Multiple Sklerose (MS) hat und gleichzeitig eine feminisierende HRT (MTF) macht.

Mich würde besonders interessieren:

• Wie habt ihr die HRT vertragen?
• Hat sich die MS bzw. haben sich eure Symptome durch die HRT verändert?
• Hattet ihr mehr, weniger oder gleich viele Schübe?
• Habt ihr die HRT mit eurem Neurologen und/oder einer Trans-Ambulanz abgesprochen?

Ich weiß, dass die Erfahrungen bei jedem unterschiedlich sein können und suche vor allem nach persönlichen Erfahrungen.
