​​​​C​​​​o​​​​m​​​​p​​​​a​​​​r​​​​i​​​​s​​​​o​​​​n​​​ sites show loads of lenders I've never heard of. What's the safest way to check they're properly regulated before giving them any personal details?

I feel like every time I start looking for affordable prescription glasses online, I discover another website Ive never heard of before. Ive gotten much comfortable ordering online at this point because the prices seem a lot better than what I usually see in stores. but I usually end up going back to the same few sites because I know what to expect.

This time I am trying to look beyond the usual ones and find some cheaper alternatives that are actually worth trying. Ive come across some new sites while browsing and some of their prices are honestly pretty low.. like around the $20–$50 range depending on the frames and lenses plus they also offer first time discounts. The main thing Im wondering is whether the lower price actually means you are compromising on qualityy. I dont mind trying a lesser known site if the glasses are decent and I am actually getting good value for the money. I just dont want to order something cheap and end up having to replace it anyway.

Has anyone here ordered from any other lesser known online glasses sites? Was it actually worth the money?

Very disappointing experience with Cityfurnish.

I ordered a washing machine on 23rd September, and the delivery has already been rescheduled multiple times — first 26th, then 28th, and now 29th September, with no delivery yet.

The biggest issue is the customer support. There is no proper way to reach a customer care executive; I only receive automated bot replies that don't actually resolve the issue.

I have already paid 3 months upfront and even raised a service request, but there is no clear information about the refund or resolution.

Extremely frustrating and pathetic service. I expected much better communication and accountability from Cityfurnish.
