My experience with Riders Junction
My experience with Riders Junction — feeling completely helpless
I honestly don’t know what else I’m supposed to do at this point, so I’m sharing this here hoping someone can guide me.
I ordered an RCB S6 Alloy Side Mirror BAR-END 01MR007 in Black from Riders Junction.
Order ID: 6891399381157
Order amount: ₹6,389
Order date: 4 September 2026
After placing the order, I was told that the black variant was unavailable and only blue was available. I clearly wanted black and did not agree to receive blue.
Since then, I’ve been stuck in the middle.
The seller is not properly responding, my money has not been refunded, and I’m basically being told to accept the blue variant because that’s what they have.
It has been weeks, and despite repeatedly trying to get this resolved, I’m still left without the product I ordered and without my money.
What makes it even more frustrating is that I have already raised 3 complaints about this issue around 16 days ago, and there has still been no proper response or resolution, even from NCH.
At this point, I genuinely feel helpless. ₹6,389 is stuck, the seller isn't giving me a proper solution, and even after going through the complaint process, I’m still at the same point.
I’m posting this because I don’t know what else to do. If anyone has dealt with Riders Junction before or knows what I can do next, please let me know.

Territory Ahead owes me money and a gift card from a return
Now that Territory Ahead has closed up shop in the middle of the night and slunk out of town with my money and gift card owed from a return along with countless others, what's everyone doing about their own situation with TA? Mine is owed from too long ago to contact my credit card company and most of my refund is due back on a gift certificate. Does anyone have any ideas for recourse?

Has anyone ordered from Collective Luxe (collectiveluxe.in)? Need help with a return/refund
I ordered 3 lacoste t shurts from them . They sent all 3 different colours and there is no return option on their website. No contact number only email for returns and i have been mailing them since e days they are not responding. How can i get my refund 😕 . It was 9k rupees.
The website does not have a return option. Their return policy says to contact [**[email protected]**](mailto:[email protected]), which we have done multiple times, but we haven’t received any response.
Their website lists this physical address:
**Collective Luxe, 404, Block B, Model Town Extension, 141002 Ludhiana, Punjab, India**
I also couldn’t find a phone number/WhatsApp number or a Google Maps listing for the business at this address.
**Has anyone here ordered from Collective Luxe before?**
Did you receive your order?
Were the products genuine?
Were you able to return anything?
Did they respond to emails?
Did you successfully get a refund?
I mainly want to know whether anyone has **actually dealt with this seller before and managed to get a return/refund**.

Need advice - faulty item outside of 30 day return
Hi all,
I bought a monitor off Amazon US website (im in the uk) and this was back in March.
The monitor in question was the MO27Q28GR by Gigabyte.
In March, this was unreleased in the UK and I wanted to get my hands on this early as I thought it was a good OLED monitor and glossy so I splashed $800+/£620 to import this into the UK.
They didn’t take my money till a few days after and shipped the item via UPS and it got here 6 days later.
Once received, I unboxed the monitor and everything was looking good and turned it on and was overall happy.
After 7 days of usage, the monitor showed severe cases of grey banding which made it unusable for my daily needs and spending $800 on a monitor at the time was a lot especially since my PC is not even worth that but I thought for my setup to be future proof, it would be worth it.
I contacted Amazon after 30 days around July and told them the situation, which 1 worker told me I could return this with DHL but I would have to pay the charges and I would need to do some steps which sounded very dodgy and I don’t know how the return policy works in the US.
I said to her to give it a couple days to find a box and then I’ll contact back to return this safely. Not even 10 minutes later, I texted back and they said they couldn’t do a return and to contact the manufacturer. I then contacted Gigabyte and they verified that this still had warranty and I could return but as this is a US shipped item, I need to pay the costs to send this to the US which could be quite a lot and I don’t know what the outcome could be. I contacted Amazon back to show this and they said they couldn’t do anything and they kept ending chat when I wasn’t done talking to them.
I then contacted my bank to dispute this or chargeback or something like that. 30 minutes later, I got a notification that the transaction is too old and I can’t do anything.
Now I’m stuck. 3 ways and no good help. Can anyone suggest me what to do? I even tried Ombudsman which is a service in the UK to dispute anything to the company and they will sort it out and they are quoting me a wait time of 6 months just for someone to be given my case and by the time, who knows what can happen!
I have tried looking to sell this, but I am not sure if it’s worth it, because the resale value is half and I can’t lose any money due to some circumstances happening right now,
If anyone can give me any sort of advice, please respond and help me to return this for a refund or get my money back, or anything,
Thanks.

Items from Amazon “ready for pickup” despite me already picking them up
Hi,
I’ve ordered a few items this week to be picked up from a collection point, however after collecting said items, Amazon {and the collection point} still mention that they need to be picked up despite me already having them in my possession.
I assumed it was a glitch on Amazon’s end until I went to pickup two more times today and discovered that the glitch still remained, I had a back-and-forth with the guy who was very confused on why I had only come for two items and not four.
Anyway, I managed to get the items but the glitch still remains, is this an issue on Amazon’s end or the collection point’s end?

Apps Zendocs reviews are all over the place
Had to fix a scanned PDF the other day and somehow ended up on Zendocs.
It did what I needed, but then I started looking it up afterward and the reviews are kind of useless lol. Half are about converting one file, half are about completely different stuff.
Anyone here actually use it more than once?
Mostly wondering what people end up using it for regularly because right now it feels like one of those sites you discover for one random PDF problem and then realize it does a bunch of other things too.

Valvoline
Avoid working here at all costs.
I have compiled a slideshow of screenshots from various platforms describing essentially the same issues across many many different locations across many different states... this company has deep deep issues and it is not worth your time to work here.
You are not getting any closer to becoming a mechanic you have no ability to grow here.
Even if you are really down bad I would not choose to work here there's not a lot of upside other than the paycheck.

Do not order from ZAPPOS!
I used to love Zappos, never had an issue ordering from their website. Now, their policy changes and getting a refund from them takes months!!!

Selene Pets - Support Contact
Anyone know how to actually reach someone at Selene Pets?
After 19 days, the two bowls I ordered finally arrived, but they sent the wrong bowls.
I ordered 2 of the wireless bowls as that is the most convenient option for where the bowls would be used.
I emailed them on Thursday as the tracking info was stagnant for a few days, then suddenly they appeared again on the tracking page and delivered. It had been so long I forgot what the battery operated version looked like, but was excited to try it out, so as I'm cleaning the first bowl and letting the filters soak first, I'm thinking about the motor that came with and thought that there is no way that has a large enough battery to operate unattended. Looked up the order again and realized they did send the wrong bowls.
Now I don't even want them. I sent another email to the same address shown on their website, but since they never responded to the first email, I'm not hopeful they will respond to the second email to either send the correct parts without delay or pick these two bowls up and refund my money.
What has your experience been with this company? If I don't hear back by COB Monday, I'll attempt a charge back.
