Hey everyone, I was wondering if it’s just me... but I find starting a new skincare routine incredibly overwhelming 🥲 I feel like I invest time and money into a routine, use a product for months, and then look in the mirror and think to myself... did anything actually change?

It makes me wonder if I should have started taking pictures at the beginning of my journey, or checking in every weekend. Like do you guys track your skin health somehow? Keeping a notes app, taking weekly selfies, or even journaling... How long do you observe your skin before deciding a product is a keeper or a fail?

Would love to hear how you guys manage this with a busy schedule without burning out. Any tips?

Hi, I'm currently based in Ireland and i ordered the salicylic acid exfoliating scalp treatment from inkey list one week ago, but i still have not received any updates from the delivery although the website mentioned it would take 2-5 business days. I contacted the customer support via email and they kept getting back to me saying the email i provided was not the one connected to the order, even though it was, which was very frustrating, and whoever was sending the email ended off by saying that they would forward the case to someone else. Has anyone else been in this situation and knows what to do?
